We've all unwrapped our Christmas presents and many of us are putting them into good use - but there may be one pesky problem we've all had to endure: the nightmare of sticky labels.
Yep, as we all know, several stores stick price tags and barcodes directly onto items, and sometimes they can be a right nightmare to get off (we have this problem with sticks stuck to the soles of shoes all the time).
And sometimes, even when you pick and pull at the label, it can leave behind a sticky mess that's equally as difficult to peel off.

Well, worry no more: TikTok user @Lexie_Byers has revealed a super simple lifehack to pull off sticky labels with no hassle - and has since been watched over five million times.
"I have a life hack that is going to blow your mind. Well, it blew my mind," she said.
Sharing a tip straight from her mum (why is it that mothers really do know best?), Lexie continued: "Anything with a sticker tag, stop peeling it off."

She then demonstrated the technique, grabbing a small amount of tape and sticking it on top of a label.
"Take your piece and stick half of it onto the tag, and rub it so it's really on there. Make sure you leave a little bit of a tail," Lexie said. "Then you wax it off."
And the simple yet effective hack really does work, with Lexie then demonstrating the trick several times on different labels.

Viewers were left stunned with the results, and quickly flocked to tell Lexie they were definitely going to try this trick in the future.
