A woman has sparked debate on TikTok after sharing a video of her making her boyfriend's packed lunch for work.

Kiara, from Perth, who goes by the name of @kiaraelaine__ on TikTok, posted a clip of the lunch she made for her partner, but people had some strong opinions.

In the lunchbox, Kiara's partner was treated to an impressive selection of hummus, dried fruits, salami, a protein yogurt, a bag of popcorn, grapes, cheese and crackers and a mini Cadbury chocolate bar.

Kiara later explained that she'd accidentally forgotten to include the main event - the wrap!

But many of Kiara's followers were confused, with one writing: "Boyfriend or child?" While another added: "That's what I was gonna say, I pack this for my 5 year old omg."

Others took issue with the fact Kiara was making her boyfriend's lunch at all, with one writing: "Get him to pack it himself ffs."

While another commented: "I must be a terrible wife. There is no way I'm making my husband's lunch, unless I'm making something to take also (which is pretty much never).

But Kiara was having none of it, replying to the negative comments and explaining she enjoys making his lunch when she can as he's often away for work.

"I only make his when I'm making my own at the same time. He works away usually so this doesn't happen every day," she said.

And others jumped to Kiara's defence too, with one writing: "Looks great, lol that you forgot his actual lunch, and ignore the negative people."

Others thought it was a very kind gesture (

While another added: "I think it's a really kind gesture you don't get many people like this! I think it's lovely."

Meanwhile, other women commented on the post tagging their partners, explaining they would do the same if they only brought their lunch boxes home!

"Where does one get a boyfriend that brings the containers back? Mine must be broken or something," one joked.
