Woman Forced To Carry Poo To Boyfriend's Flat After It Got Stuck In Communal Toilet

Eden, we commend you.

There comes a time in every fledgling relationship when a couple has to confront the subject of poo.

Navigating the topic of number twos with complete ease is usually a marker of complete comfortableness around one another, but rarely does this moment involve one party having to carry theirs in a handmade toilet roll parcel.

But sadly, this was the case for 19-year-old Eden Grant from West Sussex, who has paved a path for women after her.

It all began when Eden, who lives with her boyfriend of five months, needed to go.

Still early in their relationship, the care and support worker still refuses to do her business in her boyfriend Kray's flat, which they share. Instead, she uses the communal loo in the lobby of the flat block.

Eden explained to Tyla: "Me and my boyfriend have been together since February, we've spent lockdown together and I have not pooed in the flat. No way.

"He knows I always go to toilet in the lift lobby. That's my toilet basically."

On the night in question, Eden and Kray had been out for dinner and upon arrival home, Eden darted off to her lobby loo to do her business.

"I hadn't been for a few days as there's been people going in and out, I think there had been a leak or something," she explains.

"So I went to the toilet and did my business and went to go flush and noticed the chain was like disconnected."

It was only after she went that Eden realised the flusher was disconnected (

With just 1 per cent battery on battery on her phone, Eden decided to record the hilarious moment (well, because if something hilarious happens you need to show your mates later, obviously) and send it to her boyfriend, too.

"This is me, this is just typical me," she tells us.

Refusing to leave her poo in there unflushed, Eden found some rubber gloves in the part-toilet/part-cleaning cupboard and picked up her poo and wrapped it in some loo roll.

Hoping to carry it into Kray's house and flush it down his toilet without any commotion, Eden sneaked out clutching her parcel, only to find the door of her boyfriend's flat locked.

"Kray thought it would be funny to lock me out so I'd be stood outside with my poo in my hand," Eden says.

"I was stood outside for like minute and when he opened the door I was like 'this is so embarrassing. This is up there.'"

Doing what any normal human would do, Kray whipped out his video camera and began filming his mortified girlfriend on his door step.

Eden says: "When he filmed it I was like 'you know what I don't care'. I'm one of these people who doesn't really care what people think about them."

When the ordeal was over, Eden stayed true to her word. Cutting the videos together and sharing them on TikTok, her video has now been watched over 1.5 million times.

"I've had people message my every day like 'this is such a you thing'," Eden says.

"My boyfriend was like 'don't post that it's so gross' and I was like 'No watch me, I think it's hilarious'."

In a painful update, Eden tells Tyla with rage: "Now, only now, have they stuck a temporarily out of order sign on the door. They have stuck a f***ing sign on the door saying its out of order."

There's now an out of order sign... obvs (

That's got to hurt.

But think of the positives, Eden. If carrying your poo isn't the foundation for a long-lasting relationship, then we don't know what is.
