How much do you love your pooch? Enough to give them a peck on the lips?!
Well, you might be surprised to know that one in eight dog owners would kiss their pup on the lips, with a new survey revealing the UK is a nation of very soppy dog lovers who love to pamper their pets.
A whopping 1.6million would kiss their dog on the mouth, while 2.4million people would take a day off work to look after a poorly pooch.

Meanwhile five million kiss their pet good night and a third regularly give their pampered pooch a massage.
And the privileges don't stop there, with nearly 30 per cent confiding in their pets and telling them secrets, while a quarter let them in their bed.
Elsewhere, six per cent of owners let them eat at the dinner table with them, while the same number even let their dog shower at the same time!
The study - conducted by shower company Mira Showers - also found it's female owners who spoil their dogs the most, although a higher number of men said they'd let their dogs eat dinner at the table with them.

In addition, certain breeds are also more likely to be pampered, with Cockapoos, Lurchers and mixed breeds taking the lead, while Beagles, Dachshunds, Greyhounds, Whippets and Rhodesian Ridgebacks closely following.
Matt Herbert-Sandell, Digital Communications Manager at Mira Showers, said: "Nationwide, our survey found that an estimated 822,000 dog owners shower with their dog; talk about multitasking!
"A dual shower is a perfect solution for dog owners who need some extra flexibility and multitasking power to help them groom their dogs at home.

"The fixed rainfall shower head gives the owners a fantastic showering experience for themselves, while the handheld shower head is ideal for manoeuvring around a mucky pup!"
