We may have just died and gone to doggie heaven.

A Christmas-themed cafe for St. Bernard dogs opened in Manchester this week and it saw 40 of the huge, slobbery dogs meet to bounce around in the snow and eat festive-themed treats.

WHERE WAS OUR INVITE?

The pop-up event - hosted by Chill Factore, an indoor skiing slope - saw the pooches and their owners enjoy their very own winter wonderland.

Swathes of the snow dogs bounced around the cafe, socialised with others of their breeds and even met Santa Claus.

From pupping to veterans, the St Bernards enjoyed Christmas treats such as pawsecco pops and festive dog biscuits, while their owners tucked into some cupcakes.

Santa Claus even made a visit (

And you didn't have to own a St Bernard - the breed made popular by the 1992 movie Beethoven - to get in on the fun.

All were welcome to enjoy their company, dog or no dog.

Chill Factore spokesperson, Laura McKiernan said: "We [couldn't] wait to open this pop-up café in Manchester for admirers and owners of St. Bernard dogs. It was the perfect early Christmas present treat for pets and their owners.

"A pet is also considered part of the family, so by opening Chill Factore to dogs too, we're providing a destination that really does welcome every member of the family."

The snowy cafe was completed with some festive tunes and Christmas decorations, while the happy dogs and their humans even got to don some festive accessories. Too cute.

Laura added: "What's more Christmassy than having these beautiful dogs rolling around and playing on the real snow here at Chill Factore?"

And if you missed out this time, don't worry, Chill Factore said they're considering hosting other puppy play dates with other snow dog breeds such as Huskies.
