Now that we're finally in the month of December, it's clear many of us are counting down the days until Christmas and all the subsequent jubilations that follow.

From the food comas brought on by a hefty Crimbo dinner, to the Boxing Day sales, and the festivities of the New Year, we all best get strapped in, as the next 31 days are going to be absolutely jam-packed.

And, to help us out in the astrological department, a psychic has revealed four key dates that will lead to major transformations throughout the course of this month.

December 25th

On Christmas Day, astrologer Kate May explains that Venus - AKA the planet of love - will move into the 'fiery, expansive realm of Sagittarius'.

The expert continued: "This celestial shift brings a burst of optimism, spontaneity, and a craving for freedom in relationships, creativity, and personal growth.

"Sagittarius, ruled by expansive Jupiter, inspires exploration, truth-seeking, and a sense of adventure. When Venus aligns with this energy, we’re called to embrace love and life with an open heart and a spirit of curiosity."

Those most affected by this shift include Aries, Leo and, of course, Sagittarius.

Any fire signs have also been advised to 'deepen existing relationships with authenticity and passion' on the big day.

December 27th

Just a day after Boxing Day, on the 27th, the full moon goes into Cancer.

"This emotionally charged full moon heightens intuition, family ties, and emotional release," Kate shared. "Cancer's nurturing energy prompts a focus on home and loved ones, while also encouraging the shedding of emotional baggage before the year ends."

Not only is the Cancer full moon 'a moment of emotional intensity', but it's also 'an opportunity for profound growth and connection'.

Water signs Cancer, Scorpio, and Pisces are likely to feel the effects of the full moon the most out of the rest of the zodiac.

"But all signs are encouraged to tap into their inner world and nurture their emotional well-being," the psychic added.

"This full moon is a cosmic reset button for the heart. Use it to release the past, forgive, and focus on the connections and values that truly matter."

December 29th

A few days before NYE on the 29th will see Mercury station direct in Capricorn.

Kate explained: "After a few weeks of communication mishaps and delays, Mercury ends its retrograde, providing clarity and forward motion in career and organisational matters.

"Projects that stalled begin to move forward, misunderstandings can be resolved, and travel plans are less likely to go awry. Take this opportunity to solidify plans and ensure they are practical and achievable."

She added: "Capricorn values longevity and sustainability. Focus on goals that will pay off in the long run, even if they require patience and persistence."

According to the expert, Earth signs Taurus, Virgo, and Capricorn will be most impacted by this transition.

December 31st

And then, on the final day of 2024, we'll see the moon aligning with Jupiter in Taurus, which is apparently a good thing, as it means the 'year ends with a celestial blessing'.

"As the moon aligns with expansive Jupiter in Taurus, this is a fortuitous alignment for setting intentions and manifesting abundance.

"This rare conjunction amplifies feelings of gratitude, abundance, and hope for the future," Kate rounded off.

"By working with these cosmic alignments, you can enter 2025 with confidence, clarity, and intention."

Sounds like a good way to start the New Year!
