A Woman Has Created Joe Goldberg From 'You' On The Sims And It's Epic

This woman has taken her love for TV show 'You' to the next level.

If you're a big fan of the creepy TV show You, you'll have full appreciation for this woman who created a Joe Goldberg character on Sims.

Yes that's right, Keri Lynn from Ohio, US, spent hours creating unstable killer Joe from the on Netflix series in pixel form, along with other key characters including Guinevere Beck, Love Quinn, Candace Stone and sisters Delilah and Ellie Alves.

If you'd forgotten all about Sims, or you simply have never played it (your childhood was robbed), then it's a computer game that allows you to build your dream house and create your own characters to live out their lives.

You could make your characters to fall in love, hate each other, have a baby, do laps of the pool, cook dinner, go on dates, have 'WooHoo' (sex, FYI) and even cheat on their partner with the neighbour.

Joe's virtual character was uncanny to the real thing (

Plus, you could choose each and every wallpaper or paint colour for your make-believe house, whether you wanted an outside pool or expensive cooker - but only if you could afford it. Your Sim had to go to work obviously, or you'd run out of money.

It was SO fun and had us hooked for hours.

Well it turns out, the game still very much exists and is available now on the Playstation, which is where Keri created her own You universe.

Keri even made a glass box for Joe's basement, where he has frequently kept victims (

She said on Facebook: "Normal people my age: Married, having children, buying a house, going on flights across the world, etc.

Me: I'm bored so I'm gonna make Joe Goldberg my neighbor on the sims."

We love it.

Keri even got Beck's character to come back as a ghost and haunt Joe (

Keri also shared details of the characters and the house she made for Joe, and it was the captions that really got us.

On posting the snap of virtual Joe she said: "Hey you... I see you looking through my pics... laughing at your phone...well not really laughing, just maybe a small grin and a bit of air coming out of your nose...but on the inside, you're laughing...I get it...I get you...I knew you'd like my pics...I knew you'd want to show your friends...luckily, I made it public so you can share...I did it for you..."

A You die-hard would know this is a hilarious mimic of one of Joe's narrations, with some key differences.

Keri told Tyla that it took her 25 minutes in total to make the character and even built him his very own horrific glass box down in his basement - you know the one he frequently locked up his victims in, from Beck to Delilah. It was an uncanny recreation.

Let's hope she doesn't trap any poor Sims in there...

She even altered his personality traits to be ambitious, alluring and a bookworm, and made his lifetime goal to be a serial romantic. So on point.

Love Quinn's virtual version even boasted a similar dress and earrings (

She commented alongside another snap of him: "There are terrifying people in the world. It's important to be safe and that's why I have to do what I'm going to do."

Keri also gave Joe a telescope, just like in You Season 2 when he spies on Love. In addition to Joe, she created Beck, Candace, Love, Delilah and Ellie.

We loved how well pretend and real Delilah matched up (

And next to Love's virtual Sim snap she added the quote: "We're all a little broken. Yet some pieces still manage to fit together." So lifelike.

In a second picture of Love, she explained she's feeling very hurt by Joe right now, so was making him "salty cinnamon rolls". Classic Love.

It took her over two hours in total to make everyone as well as Joe's house, but to be honest, we're surprised it didn't take longer. The attention to detail is phenomenal.

Keri, as huge You fans, you've made our day.
