TikTok users were completely caught off guard when the British Transport Police officer who was featured in a thirsty video shared his response.

A TikTok user, who goes by the name @sophieeannex on the app, posted a video over the bank holiday weekend from her train journey.

Amongst the anonymous heads, luggage and red seats, a British Transport Police officer can be seen doing his regular job.

Who knew helping passengers lift their luggage could be so enticing?

For hundreds of TikTok users, it happened to be the ultimate accidental thirst trap.

Yes, PC-2726 has become the shared crush of countless women and men on the video sharing app and it seems he's quite happy with the attention.

The officer took his newfound fame in his stride and had the most hilarious response on the official British Transport Police TikTok account.

Not only were people shocked to discover that the British Transport Police have their own TikTok account, commenters were delighted that the officer was found.

“You understood the assignment,” one woman told the British Transport Police officer in the comments.

“He can patrol my platform all day every day,” another woman shared.

Someone else joked: “Yes I have an emergency on a train but I need you specifically”.

While another commenter confessed: “Not me thinking about not buying a train ticket just to get caught”.

In response to the officer's humble response, one thirsty TikTok user shared: "'Loads of officers just like me.' No sir they are not just like you".

And one TikTok user mused: “That pic she took with his tongue out is adorable, it almost makes it a shame that I'm such an upstanding citizen”.

One woman quipped: "I’m not paying for train tickets anymore!!!!"

This gives a new meaning to "We'll sort it. See it. Say it. Sorted."
