We've got some unsettling news... we've all been opening Oxo cubes incorrectly, our entire lives.
Yep. If you open your Oxo cube by tearing the foil wrapper, peeling it off and crumbling up your cube - pay attention.
We can't believe we've been doing it wrong this whole time!

In other TikTok food news, people are only just realising how to use saucepan lids correctly.

Meanwhile, a two second avocado hack has revealed how you can work out if your avocado is ready to eat - after all, there's nothing worse than an avocado that's not yet ripe - or one that's way too mushy.
Taking to TikTok, user @gannweather showed the super simple hack – and honestly, we can’t believe we never did this. In the video, the user simply removes the stem of the avocado before assessing the colour of the fruit underneath.
