‘Mr Whippy’ Ice Cream Recipe:

Ingredients:

• One pot of double cream
• One tin of condensed milk
• Toppings of choice

If you’re vegan, why not try replacing the double cream and condensed milk with dairy-free alternatives?

Method:

1. Using an electric whisk, whip cream until stiff peaks begin to form.
2. Pour in condensed milk to your desired sweetness - the more you add, the sweeter the ice cream will be.
3. Mix together until combined.
4. Add in the toppings of your choice - sprinkles, chopped nuts, or swirl in some melted Biscoff spread for an indulgent treat.
5. Pour into a freezer-safe Tupperware box.
6. Leave for approximately three hours, or until it reaches ice-cream consistency.
7. Enjoy!
