People Are Making Biscoff Cake Pops And We're Drooling

We HAVE to try this.

We've seen these Biscoff Cake Pops appear all over TikTok and we absolutely need to try these out asap!

All it takes is one look at these dreamy desserts and we're positive that your mouth will be watering.

Check out the recipe here:

These cake pops looks positively delicious and they're so easy to make, too!

Bakers and chefs are making their own renditions of this sweet treat, but here are the basics.

Creators have been substituting the Madeira cake you typically find in a cake pop for a mixture of Biscoff biscuits and cream cheese, so feel free to get creative with your own cake-pop concoctions.

Additionally, you'll need Lotus Biscoff spread, white chocolate, skewers, and any other toppings you might want.

If you're opting for a biscuit and cream cheese mix, crush up your biscuits and blend them together with your cream cheese until you have a crumbly, moist consistency. Then split up your mixture and roll up your little cake pop balls with your hands.

Alternatively, if you're going for a classic Madeira cake base, simply crumble it up and combine with Lotus Biscoff spread until you have equal parts of each ingredient, then create your mix and hand roll it into little balls.

When you've rolled up your cake pop balls, dip a skewer in each one and leave them to set in the fridge for approximately one hour.

If you don't have a stand for your skewers, simply place them on a lined baking tray.

Right before you take your cake pops out of the fridge, melt your white chocolate.

We also recommend taking some Biscoff biscuits and crumbling them up.

Now for the fun part!

Take out your cake pops and dip each one into the melted chocolate and gently add them back to your baking tray or cake pop stand.

Before the chocolate hardens, dust the crumbled up biscuits on top.

You could even add sprinkles on top if you want to add a pop of colour!

Once the chocolate is firm, it's time to tuck in and enjoy!
