The moment that we’ve all been waiting for has finally arrived - the Wicked For Good trailer has dropped.
Ever since the first instalment of the movie, starring Cynthia Erivo and Ariana Grande, hit our cinema screens in November last year, fans have been begging for details of part two.
Despite their prayers being answered and the official trailer being released, some people have already spotted a detail they want filmmakers to go ‘back to the drawing board’ on.

The highly-anticipated sequel to Wicked is set to arrive a year after the first movie broke box office records and got everyone wearing pink and green.
The new trailer shows Glinda (Grande) and Elphaba (Erivo) on different sides as Elphaba goes into hiding following her stand-off with The Wizard (Jeff Goldblum) at the end of part one.
You can watch it for yourself below:
Meanwhile, Glinda is living in the Emerald City, and is seen tying the knot with her beloved Prince Fiyero (Bridgerton's Jonathan Bailey).

But not is all as it seems as behind the scenes, she is putting in the work to try and get Elphaba and The Wizard to reconcile, with seemingly little success.
The trailer also teases the arrival of Dorothy, with the actress playing the key character yet to be named.
But, with all of this going on in the world of Oz, fans have still picked fault with one thing - the Cowardly Lion.

Some people on social media have been left less than impressed with the CGI creature, even going as far as to dub it an ‘AI mess’.
One X user wrote: "This looks bad af, they couldn’t do him any better?"
Another quipped: "Looks like a downgrade compared to the CGI animals of the first movie (the only good CGI in the entire movie)."
Meanwhile, a third complained: "Back to the drawing board that THING is scary."

Others brutally chimed in with: "F*** this CGI," while another fan simply wrote: "THE CGI," alongside a heartbroken emoji.
Someone else questioned: "Why is it scared???” as another movie fan added: “They have a few months to fix this, because Jesus Christ what is this f***ery?"

The first Wicked movie was a huge success, and even broke the record for the biggest opening weekend of a Broadway adaptation.

Many even returned to the cinema to watch it multiple times, meanwhile the soundtrack dominated the charts for weeks.
It was so popular in fact, that many screenings ran an advisory warning to filmgoers about singing along to their favourite songs, which could have seen them removed for 'anti-social behaviour'.
Wicked: For Good will be released on 21 November 2025.
