People have been left seriously 'creeped out' after seeing Patrick Schwarzenegger's manhood in the very first episode of The White Lotus.

After what feels like an eternity of waiting, HBO viewers have finally been treated to the third Mike White-scripted season of the beloved drama which just dropped on the streamer Sunday (16 February).

Now, given the subject material of the two prior seasons, it's clear we all knew we'd be in for quite the shock - but no one suspected they'd see Arnold Schwarzenegger's 31-year-old son up close and personal in a full-frontal scene right off the bat. Check out the official trailer here:

The latest season, set in Thailand, stars the likes of Natasha Rothwell, Jason Isaacs, and Aimee Lou Wood alongside Schwarzenegger who plays the eldest son, Saxon, of the wealthy Ratcliff family, alongside siblings played by Sarah Catherine Hook and Sam Nivola.

While it's received some rave reviews, it's clear some viewers at home were seriously disturbed by the hints of a potentially incestuous relationship between the three siblings.

After arriving at the luxury resort, Saxon moans that his sister Piper (Hook) should not sleep in the same room as the youngest child Lochlan (Nivola) as they have 'full grown genitals'.

In the end, Saxon and Lochlan share a room with one scene showing Saxon make a number of remarks about his sister’s attractiveness and sex life and asks about his brother’s taste in porn.

Saxon then wonders how he’ll be able to 'jerk off all week' with his brother in the room, before walking to the bathroom fully nude.

It didn't take long for people to rush to social media sharing their reactions to the situation with one X user writing: "What creeps me out about this trio that I can't decide who is the creep, the vibe check is all over the place.

"Is she preying on the younger brother? Did the older brother prey on her? Is the younger brother preying on both? Mike White, what have you DONE?"

A second hit out: "Patrick Schwarzenegger congrats on somehow becoming the creepiest White Lotus character ever within the first episode."

"Seeing Patrick Schwarzenegger’s scene in The White Lotus…" quipped a third, while a fourth echoed: "Patrick Schwarzenegger in S3 E1 of The White Lotus…"

Another theorised: "Patrick Schwarzenegger is out here following Theo James' footsteps of playing a cute asshole with a very questionable behaviour on The White Lotus."

"What the hell is happening with these brothers on The White Lotus," hit out a final X user.

The White Lotus is currently available to stream on NOW TV.
