Stranger Things fans are no doubt itching for their next fix of the hit sci-fi series after rattling through the first four episodes of part one of the latest season.

The fifth and final season of the hit Netflix show hit our screens last month (26 November) with the next batch of three episodes set to come out on Christmas Day itself (Boxing Day for us UK folk), with the eagerly-anticipated finale episode coming just in time before 2026 commences on New Year's Eve.

And Stranger Things wouldn't be the cult success it is today without the cracking A-lister cast featuring the likes of Millie Bobby Brown, Winona Ryder, Caleb McLaughlin and Sadie Sink back in action.

Now, most fans clocked long ago that characters Jonathan and Nancy’s chemistry slipped off the screen and into real life, with actors Charlie Heaton and Natalia Dyer staying steady as ever after dating since 2016.

However, their photo doubles - AKA the people who give the film crew someone to light and block while the cast catch a breather, also ended up following suit.

Yep, Trevor and Jessica Jenkins (née Hill) tied the knot in 2021, after they started dating in 2018.

They first met on set when Stranger Things Season 3 was shot six years ago. Once the season dropped in 2019, Jessica marked the occasion with some behind-the-scenes snaps on Instagram, writing: "Being Nancy’s photodouble for Stranger Things Season 3 was a blast! I am so thankful for this opportunity and all of the beautiful people I met on set!"

"I started working on Season 3 of Stranger Things as Jessica Hill, and now I am Jessica Jenkins!" she also shared on Instagram shortly after season four premiered in 2022. "I met my husband on this set, and some of my favourite people! Some good things happen in Hawkins!"

In December of last year, Jessica shared an exciting milestone with her fans, writing: "Happy anniversary to my favourite person. 3 years married, 6 years together! This year you have truly been with me through sickness and health, and I am forever thankful for you."

After catching light of the news, fans rushed to social media to share their elation as one penned: "That’s just cuteness all over!"

"They make a cute couple," beamed a second as a third gushed: "I don't know why, but it makes me so happy!"

Another echoed: "Love this!"

And a final fan added: "Jancy endgame in every universe."

Stranger Things 5 released four episodes on November 26 (US time), three episodes on Christmas Day (Boxing Day UK time) and the finale episode on New Year's Eve.
