At the end of season two, Carrie sold her apartment and purchased a four-bedroom home so that she could host love interest Aidan and his three sons on a regular basis. But after 15-year-old Wyatt got into trouble, Aidan told Carrie he needs to stay home in Virginia, so they agreed to put a hold on their relationship for five years.
In episode one, the pair inevitably break their no-contact rule for something unexpected: a steamy phone call that left fans stunned.

What happens in And Just Like That... season three?
In season three, Carrie, Miranda, and Charlotte, continue to 'navigate the complicated reality of life, love, sex, and friendship in their fifties in New York City'. They're joined by some faces old and new, too. Much to fans' delight, Sarita Choudhury (Seema) and Nicole Ari Parker (Lisa) return to the small screen.
There are some new members of the club too, as Miranda embarks upon a surprising love affair with a virgin nun (played by Rosie O’Donnell).
