Viewers stunned after unexpectedly seeing Phillip Schofield completely naked
Cast Away viewers got more than they bargained for when tuning into the finale
Viewers of a controversial TV show starring Phillip Schofield have been left gobsmacked after seeing the presenter in the buff.
Last night's episode of Cast Away (2 October) was the grand finale, and Phillip seemed determined to go out with a bang.
Having successfully spent ten days marooned on a desert island off the coast of Madagascar with no access to the outside world, the 62-year-old had a lot of time to reflect on his rocky TV career.
Phillip was the presenter of ITV's beloved show This Morning for over two decades and made a quick exit in 2023 when his affair with a younger colleague was made public.

Having publicly come out as gay in 2020, Phillip eventually admitted that the affair had taken place and began when the unnamed man was 20 years old.
Phillip remains married to his wife, Stephanie Lowe, who he tied the knot with in 1993. They have two daughters.
During his appearance in Cast Away, Phillip hasn't shied away from discussing the 'unwise, but not illegal' affair - but viewers have been left shell-shocked following scenes of him running naked across a beach.
One person wrote on X: "Why's Phillip Schofield just ran across my tv naked may I ask?"
Another said: "I need to bleach my eyes. I just saw Philip Schofield’s bare a** on my TV."
A third added: "#PhillipSchofield #castaway ok nobody needed to see his naked a**e."
During his time on the show, Phillip has not minced his words, surprising viewers with his candidness.
He has taken aim at former colleagues, saying: "People just went, who I thought were my friends and they just went and that's like 'what the hell'."
Phillip continued: "I have been chucked under a bus, and I could drive the same bus over so many people but I'm not that sort of person, I never have been."
"But if I sit down with a camera and the light's going who knows what I'll say."
He mused about his past role, adding: "I miss parts of being on TV, certainly.
"I miss most of it, if I’m honest, I miss most of it.
“But there are bits that I really, really, really don’t miss.
“You learn a lot about people, I don’t miss that.”
Phillip also branded some of his former colleagues as s***s.
He fumed: "There are only three s***s.
"One of them is a coward who never stepped up in queue gate.
"One of them is a coward because they never stepped up when I was being battered by one journalist... and the other one is just brand-oriented."
