Netflix viewers have labelled the streamer’s latest big rom-com a ‘must-watch’, saying it’s a ‘10/10’ movie.

Watch the trailer below:

We’ve had a lot of good telly on the go recently, whether it’s the bittersweet romance mini-series One Day or hilarious crime caper The Gentlemen.

Outside of Netflix, we’ve also had reality TV gold from the likes of Celebrity Big Brother and Married at First Sight Australia, both of which have more than delivered the drama over the past few weeks.

But while we’ve had plenty to sink our teeth into, it’s fair to say we’ve been missing some light-hearted entertainment - especially for anyone still reeling after seeing how things panned out for Dex and Em.

Thankfully, Lindsay Lohan is back with another heartwarming rom-com - the second of three for Netflix, following 2022’s festive flick Falling For Christmas, with a third project, Our Little Secret, also now in production.

Lindsay Lohan has signed up to a total of three Netflix films, with the second out now.

Her latest release is Irish Wish, which follows American Maddie (Lohan) as she travels to Ireland to serve as a bridesmaid at her best friend’s wedding, despite know he’s the love of her life.

Oh, that is until a spontaneous wish for true love sees her waking up as the bride-to-be, and chaos ensues...

Since dropping on the streaming site last Friday (15 March), just in time for St Patrick’s Day, fans have been OBSESSED, with some saying it reminded them of another favourite rom-com set in Ireland.

“Irish Wish is like Leap Year #netflix,” one tweeted, with another saying: “Irish Wish dope movie I say must watch on Netflix.”

A third wrote: “Watched Lindsay Lohan's Irish Wish movie on Netflix. It was so so for me. Funny I watched at around St. Patrick's Day! I do miss Ireland! I would love to comeback again and go around more Ireland in the future.”

A fourth added: “Irish Wish 10/10 Love it. Love @lindsaylohan. Thank you @netflix.”

Fans reckon it's a 'must watch'.

It's certainly good to have Lohan back on our screens after she turned her back on Hollywood.

In a recent interview with Bustle, the star explained how the change felt much-needed after she realised her personal life was starting to become more interesting to press than her work.

“I feel like some of [my work] got overshadowed by paparazzi and all that kind of stuff when I was younger, and that’s kind of annoying. I wish that part didn’t happen,” she said.

“I feel like that kind of took on a life of its own. So that’s why I wanted to disappear.

“I was like, ‘Unless there’s no story here, they’re not going to focus on just my work.’”

Many people may have assumed Lohan left for Dubai to escape the paparazzi or even the wild partying lifestyle that she became infamous for, but it turns out it was actually for something much simpler.

“I was like, ‘What if I never fall in love? What if this never happens?’” she continued.

“And it took me just taking time for me for all those doors to open and the ‘yeses’ to come - the things I wanted to say 'yes' to.”

Lohan’s now not only found love, marrying Bader Shammas in 2022, but she’s also become a mother.

Looks like someone's had their very own Irish Wish come true!
