People divided after watching new clip of woman forced to watch her boyfriend cheat on her after she cheated on him

It's the reality series everyone is talking about, and today, a new clip from La Isla de las Tentaciones has gone viral.

This time, however, viewers of the show have been left at a crossroads, after witnessing a recently-heartbroken Montoya getting back at his cheating partner Anita in some extremely explicit scenes.

What is La Isla de las Tentaciones?

For those out of the loop, the reality TV hit is the Spanish version of Temptation Island, an American series (which ended in 2003) which sees couples put to the test after being thrown onto a remote island and joined by a serving of sexy singletons.

Among those taking part in the most recent series - hosted by Sandra Barneda - are José Carlos 'Montoya' and his long-term girlfriend Anita Williams, who initially started off strong.

Within a matter of days, however, a challenge set for the group by producers saw Montoya receiving a lap dance and a strip tease from another contestant, while Anita was forced to watch on via video camera.

Despite no actual infidelity taking place, Anita was enraged by her boyfriend's antics, and she began flirting with another contestant, a hefty hunk named Manuel, for revenge.

While Montoya observed via video camera, the pair were initially seen locking lips during a conversation in bed, before eventually getting full-blown hot and heavy between the sheets.

Montoya's dramatic response - which saw him racing away from producers down the beach to confront Anita while the cheating was physically happening (!) before falling down to his knees and screaming - subsequently went viral online.

In fact, millions of viewers couldn't believe they hadn't come across the show before.

As we say, however, there's been a new twist in the tale of Montoya and Anita's head-spinning romance.

What's new?

During the last episode of the series, Anita could be seen waiting on a beach alongside several of her female cast-mates, before the latter were shown a live video of Montoya enjoying some missionary intimacy of his own with someone else.

With mascara streaming down her cheeks, Anita was forced to listen whilst her co-stars described what was going on.

As we say, however, the latest update has seemingly divided viewers of the show - with some congratulating Montoya for getting his own back, and others slamming him for stooping as low as Anita.

Opinions divided

"I don't understand why she's now crying," one critic said of Anita on X.

Another penned: "That’s right Montoya ….get some type of 'get back'!!!"

"Let him have his get back how he wants lol," added a third.

Another went on to say, 'If she’s crying it’s because she’s cheating', while a fifth continued, 'They always love dishing it out, but can’t take it back'.

As we say, however, other viewers of the controversial clip have seemingly been left disappointed by Montoya's recent antics.

"Montoya literally cheated first" one pointed out, seemingly alluding to his initial lap dance.

Another added: "he's fighting for his life every episode."

"Why do they keep taking turns cheating," a third asked.
