Married at First Sight UK star Nikita Jasmine has taken to social media to defend herself after the explosive dinner party on Wednesday night.
Viewers watched as the 26-year-old from Durham argued with her new husband, 28-year-old Ant Poole and fellow contestant Jordon Mundell, 27.

Nikita blamed the "hectic" filming hours for her outburst. "Nobody knows what goes on behind closed doors, this dinner party took around 12 hours to film, it was a hectic day, nobody got to see the real deal," the sales worker wrote on Instagram.
"I’ll always have my girl's backs even if it’s not reciprocated unfortunately. A lot of us created close bonds off camera.

"See the bigger picture people. I’ll be back tomorrow 9pm on the dot."
In Wednesday night’s episode, Nikita decided to question Jordon on his feelings for his wife, 28-year-old Alexis Economou.
As the argument became more heated, Jordan told Jasmine: “Speak some English.”
She responded: “Don’t talk to me like a divvy, you f**king Welsh p***k.”

She then stormed out of the room while her husband Ant was left at the table. In shock, he told everyone: “See what I am dealing with now?”
Nikita then stormed back in and said she was “leaving the show anyway.”
On Wednesday afternoon, hours before the first dinner party episode aired, an E4 spokesperson confirmed Nikita had been removed from the show for breaching the channel's code of conduct.

A spokesperson confirmed to Mail Online: "During filming, a situation escalated off camera and Nikita displayed a level of aggression that was unacceptable and breached our agreed code of conduct on behaviour."
Speaking to Tyla, an E4 spokesperson confirmed Nikita's exit, adding: "The wellbeing of cast and crew is our utmost priority at all times throughout production and beyond.
"As a result, she was asked to leave the experiment. All involved have been offered support and Nikita has since apologised and resolved the situation with those involved.”

Nikita posted an Instagram story teasing her upcoming appearance on the Married at First Sight after show on Thursday night.

Nikita previously spoke about her marriage to Ant on Instagram and her meltdown in an attempt to clarify the messy union viewers watched the night before.

She said in the clip: "I’ve had to jump on because literally my phone is going crazy and people just need to remember that it is reality TV and I actually had a lovely day."
“It’s always edited to look worse. My bridesmaids actually got on really well with Ant’s friends and we actually had an amazing day but obviously the bad parts.
"Not all weddings can look fine and dandy because it would be boring."
Nikita's final episode will be featured in tonight's episode.
