Selling Sunset’s Chelsea Lazkani breaks major TV rule after co-stars make major accusation about her husband

Selling Sunset’s Chelsea Lazkani breaks major TV rule after co-stars make major accusation about her husband

She accused one of her co-stars of trying to 'implode' her life in the latest season

Selling Sunset’s, Chelsea Lazkani, broke a pretty major TV rule after her co-stars made a major accusation about her ex-husband.

The reality TV star - who was introduced to the Netflix series after joining in season five - ended her almost seven-year marriage with Jeff Lazkani back in March.

The pair, who share son Maddox Ali and daughter Melia Iman, parted ways after Chelsea reportedly cited 'irreconcilable differences' as the reason behind the dissolution of marriage.

Since then, fans of the hit Netflix programme have been treated to another dose of Oppenheim Group drama with the latest season dropping just last week (6 September).

In the new season, Bre Tiesi was informed by her pal, Amanda Lyn, that Chelsea's ex-husband was apparently spotted cosying up with someone else.

Bre then decided to report back the news to Chelsea which led to a pretty major spat between the co-stars and prompted the latter to break the 4th wall.

"If you bring something to camera to implode my life, as opposed to just calling me, you will do it on camera. It is really sad," Chelsea said. "I just want to know what the f*ck it is."

Bre, however, claimed she didn't know what Amanda was about to relay to her regarding Chelsea' ex-husband, Jeff, before they sat down for a chat in front of the cameras.

"Can I take the heat that I know her? Yes. Does the b*tch have tea? Always," she told Chrishell Stause and Emma Hernan before maintaining: "Was the context, 'Let’s set up Chelsea?' No."

Speaking of Chelsea, many fans were totally transfixed on her accent when she burst on the scene in 2022.

The 31-year-old was born in London, attended the University of Birmingham and the University of Dundee, and eventually moved to America.

The result is a very interesting transatlantic accent - but prompted some viewers to suggest it was all put on.

Chelsea made a video defending her accent at the time.

She said: "Word on the street is my accent is fake.

"I know, it's all over the place, but listen, there's an explanation."

She added: "I've lived in different countries in my short 29 years of life.

"I've lived in London, I've lived in Switzerland. I lived in New Jersey, and I now Live in Los Angeles."

Chelsea continued: "So my accent is a mish-mash of all the places I've lived. But I'm a London girl at heart."

Season 8 of Selling Sunset is now streaming on Netflix.
