The owners of a nightclub where 'Justin Bieber' performed at the weekend have issued a statement after it turned out they'd been duped.
Clubbers weren't the only ones fooled, as DJ Gryffin revealed he fell for the convincing trickster too.
Now dubbed 'Bustin Jieber', Dylan Desclos, 29, performed onstage at the XS Nightclub in the Wynn in Vegas on Saturday night (August 16).
Organisers and the DJ were thrilled when the 'star' and his team arrived backstage and talked about performing, with fans keen to party alongside the A-lister.

The fake Bieber then took to the stage to perform a rendition of 'Sorry', with DJ Gryffin quipping on Instagram: "Little did I know I was about to be sorry."
He said that the 'dark venue and loud music didn’t help’, and to be fair, the dupe has copied many of Justin's tattoos and style, including his current signature buzzcut hairdo.
The owners of the nightclub have since released a statement following the fraud.

Wynn spokesperson Michael Weaver said: "After an elaborate and multi-step ruse by him and his advance team, a Justin Bieber impersonator was granted access to the XS stage.
“As soon as the error was recognized, he was removed from the resort and denied future entry.”
"'Future' in this instance means 'forever'," they finished.
It had been alleged that Desclos also racked up a whopping $10k bar tab, but Neon reports that he cleared the bill before being escorted from the venue.

After realising he had been conned, DJ Gryffin said: "I literally thought he put on a lot of weight since the album dropped.”
The phoney popstar has previously gone viral online for his convincing look-alike act, with Justin's wife, Hailey Bieber, speaking out on Desclos in the past.
The 'Rhode' founder commented on one of his posts, saying, 'I'm scared....'

Elsewhere, Desclos was seen posing for selfies with fans who thought he was the real deal, and he even had security walking with him as he browsed in luxury stores.
Fans of the real Bieber have criticised the copycat online.
“To get the EXACT same tattoos as Justin Bieber and come to a nightclub...is psychotic," slammed one.
"You can't get famous without copying someone else," added another.

Fortunately, quite a few people saw the funny side.
"Bustin Jeiber looked a whole vibe though,” one laughed, as another marvelled: "I just love that this guy had a team!".
Another fan reassured the duped DJ that he reacted well: "Handled with class and grace," while plenty of others confessed they'd have fallen for it, too.
