Despite having been on both the entertainment and fashion scenes for over three decades now, one simply cannot deny that Victoria Beckham is in the best shape of her life.
It's not just her super-toned physique we're on about, however. The Spice Girls sensation is also famed amongst the beauty community for her flawless, glowy skin, as well as her luscious golden-brown locks.
But what exactly is her secret? We're all dying to know!
Well, according to her footballer hubby David, it might be something to do with 51-year-old Victoria's diet - especially given that she's said to have eaten the same meal everyday since they tied the knot in 1999.

In an interview the ex-England captain gave with the River Cafe Table 4 podcast back in 2022, David seemingly couldn't resist turning the attention to his other half, with whom he shares four children, including sons Brooklyn, Romeo, and Cruz, as well as daughter Harper.

After opening up on his own foodie favourites, the 50-year-old sportsman admitted: "I get quite emotional about food and wine, when I'm eating something great I want everyone to try it.
"Unfortunately I'm married to someone that has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years."

Going on, David claimed that style guru Victoria has consumed 'only eats grilled fish' and 'steamed vegetables' since they met.
"She will very rarely deviate from that," he added.
According to Health Beat, grilled fish boasts a rich content of omega-3 fatty acids, as well as high-quality protein, and essential vitamins like D and B2. This specific means of cooking it also sees vital nutrients being retained, and added fats being cast away.
In terms of health, grilled fish is said to improve cardiovascular health and brain function, and provide a reduced risk of being diagnosed with a chronic condition.

Healthline add that, in terms of beauty, the collagen and antioxidants inside grilled fish can contribute to healthy, glowing skin. This protein is said to help with hydration, reduces inflammation and improve skin elasticity.
Steamed veg, meanwhile, is understood to be a much healthier cooking method compared to both boiling and frying, in that it helps retain more nutrients - as well as preserving the vegetables' natural flavours and textures, as per NDTV.
These ingredients are also famously low in calorie and high in fibre, and can therefore be beneficial to weight management.

Going back to the footballer's testimonial, David went on to recall of Victoria: "The only time she's probably ever shared something that's been on my plate was actually when she was pregnant with Harper and it was the most amazing thing."
He jibed: "It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was but I know she's not eaten it since."
