Admitting she's endured a 'pretty challenging year', Victoria Beckham has revealed how she and husband, David, get through the 'tough times'.
The fashion designer's raw remarks were made during an appearance on Today with Jenna & Sheinelle on Tuesday (21 Apr).
During the segment, the hosts made reference to Victoria's latest family fall-out, which saw her eldest son, Brooklyn Beckham, renounce his parents, slamming her and David for making sure the 'brand Beckham comes first'.
In a bombshell statement shared on Instagram in January, the 27-year-old accused his mother of trying 'endlessly to ruin' his relationship with wife Nicola Peltz, whom he married in 2022, claiming she had both refused to design her dress ' at the eleventh hour', and 'hijacked' the couple's first dance.

He also criticised David for refusing to see him and Nicola during his 50th birthday party last year.

"I do not want to reconcile with my family," he penned at the time. "I'm not being controlled, I'm standing up for myself for the first time in my life."
Neither Victoria nor David responded publicly to Brooklyn's comments at the time. According to Sky News, they've also been banned from interacting with the amateur chef on social media, with Brooklyn having filed a cease-and-desist letter against them.
Despite the drama, 'Posh Spice' this week confirmed she'll 'always put out children first', and insisted that laughter sometimes is the best medicine.
"We love our children so much and have always really focused on protecting our children, but we laugh a lot," she shared, failing to go into specifics regarding her estrangement from Brooklyn.
"David Beckham is really, super funny," she added.

Victoria and ex-England legend David, 51, also share two younger sons - Romeo, 23, and Cruz, 21 - as well as a 14-year-old daughter, Harper.
The former musician went on to claim that she and her husband rely heavily upon each other during times of difficulty.
"You know, myself and David, we're so close and we have incredible people around us," she claimed. "We're close to my parents and David's parents. We support each other through everything that we do."
Of the retired footballer, Victoria added: "We've grown together. And that's where I feel so blessed. We really have grown together. We support each other. We've both got big dreams. We're both very, very ambitious, and we support each other.
"I want him to be the best version of himself, and that's what he wants for me."
In spite of enduring a current frosty relationship with her eldest son, Victoria insisted she's 'in a really good place'.

"I think the great thing about getting older, you genuinely care less about what people think," the 52-year-old claimed. "You accept who you are, you embrace who you are. You make the best of what you've got.
"You look in the mirror, and you go, 'Okay', you look at what's okay versus focusing on what you don't like."
Victoria issued a similar statement while chatting with the Wall Street Journal earlier this month.
Breaking her silence on Brooklyn's bitter statement, she simply stated at the time: "I think that we've always - we love our children so much.
"We've always tried to be the best parents that we can be. And you know, we've been in the public eye for more than 30 years right now, and all we've ever tried to do is protect our children and love our children.
"And you know, that's all I really want to say about it."
