Travis Kelce has brutal one word response when asked question about Kanye West following Taylor Swift feud

Travis Kelce issued a one word response when asked about Kanye West, following years of bad blood between the rapper and Taylor Swift.

Everyone is gearing up for the Super Bowl on Sunday (9 February), and that means that Kelce is currently being inundated with questions from reporters who all want to know what the Kansas City Chief’s tight end is planning for the game against the Philadelphia Eagles.

However, one reporter decided to ask a different type of question, which fans have not been too pleased about considering the extensive history between Kanye West and Taylor Swift.

During a round of questions, Kelce was filmed answering a question about West, and his answer is very telling.

The journalist can be heard asking: “Travis, I gotta know, I know you’re dating Taylor but do you have any Kanye on your hype playlist?”

To this, he quickly said ‘no’, without a single reaction on his face, and the questions immediately resumed without a hitch.

But people online were not too pleased about this line of questioning, and were not afraid to call the journalist out.

One person said: “Why are reporters asking these weird ask questions before the SB.”

Another wrote: "I swear if these reporters aren’t serious about the game, get tf out of the room!”

Someone else said: “I have heard some of the STUPIDEST questions this year, to both Trav and Pat. Who is screening these ‘journalists?’ And I haven’t seen many clips asking about ya know, the FOOTBALL GAME.”

If you didn’t know, things have been frosty between West and Swift since 2009.

After winning the award for Best Female Video for her hit song, 'You Belong with Me' at the MTV Video Music Awards that year, West infamously rushed the stage, grabbed the mic from the country pop singer and interrupted her acceptance speech to tell everyone that she essentially didn’t deserve to win.

West went on to say that Beyonce's 'Single Ladies' should have won, and said: “Taylor, I'm really happy for you, imma let you finish, but Beyonce had one of the best videos of all time.”

After that terrible first meeting, the rapper then dropped his 2016 track 'Famous' off his album 'The Life of Pablo'.

In this song, he said: 'I feel like me and Taylor might still have sex. I made that b****h famous.”

Swift immediately hit out publicly about his lyrics, stating that she never consented to having that lyric in the song.

However, West said that he got her approval, with his ex-wife Kim Kardashian sharing video clips of Swift and West talking about the song on the phone.

This led to a lot of backlash towards Swift, as people believed that she had lied.

But years later, the full audio of the phone call was released, proving that the clip Kardashian had shared had been edited.

So, Swift did not consent to the 'b***h' lyric.

Since then, there have been a few strange instances.

For example, before the Grammys, West unfollowed everyone except Swift, and took to his Instagram Story to share a post showing that he only followed her.

One fan on X said: "His obsession is honestly so weird poor Taylor."

Another added: "He is literally in love with her; it’s embarrassing."

A third noted: "Okay this beef is so tired and lame like please let it go."

So, it would be surprising if Kelce actually did have Kanye on blast while he was training.
