Tommy Fury has just posted an adorably sweet message to his brand-new fiancée Molly-Mae following their engagement announcement.

The happy couple, who first met in back 2019 on Love Island, announced their engagement on Instagram yesterday, with an elaborate proposal post video captioned: "Forever. 23/07/23".

Fans all over have been eagerly anticipating when Tommy, 24, and Molly-Mae, 24, who also welcomed their first daughter, Bambi, earlier this year (23 January), would eventually tie the knot but it seems the long wait will soon be over.

The original announcement post, all shot in black and white, starts with Molly-Mae crying with tears of joy as she walks towards Tommy, who was dressed in a rather snazzy black suit.

Tommy, who was initially holding baby Bambi in his arms, passed the little one over to Molly-Mae before getting down on one knee.

She was sporting a strapless white jumpsuit while holding her little girl.

And, as if things couldn't get even more fairytale romantic, the cinematic-style footage also features a stunning backdrop of white roses paired with a scenic spot overlooking the ocean.

Tommy can be seen opening a ring box while a placard in the background, reads: "You are my forever and always."

So, it was clearly no surprise that Molly-Mae, who was totally overwhelmed with joy and happiness over the whole thing, said 'yes'.

The couple announced the news on Instagram yesterday (23 July).

Just like the joint engagement announcement post, the lovebirds also posted a joint follow-up photo with a particularly touching caption to pair earlier this evening (24 July).

And Tommy's message reads: "To my perfect fiancé… forever wouldn’t be long enough to call you mine," accompanied with a fitting white heart and infinity sign emoji.

The photo shows the boxing star and the social media influencer embraced in a loving kiss amongst one another's arms as they both cradle their little tot.

The couple have since been flooded with support from friends, family and fans following their announcement.

Fellow Islander and close friend Maura Higgins commented: "BALLING AGAIN!!!!!!!!! ILYSM CONGRATULATIONS YOU TWO!"

Amber Gill, who also starred on the same season as Tommy and Molly-Mae and won the season alongside Greg O'Shea, wrote: "Congrats you two babes always the cutest videos."

"Congratulations," offered 2022 Love Island winner Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu.

Maya Jama also penned: "WE LOVE TO SEE IT! Congratulations you cuteys."

Sophie Hinchcliffe, also known as Mrs Hinch, added: "I can’t even such a beautiful family.

"I've followed your whole love story from the very start and the love you have for each other fills my heart .. along with millions of others , so thank you. Congratulations Molly, Tommy and Bambi.

"Wishing you all Health and happiness … always xxxx."
