Kelce and Swift announced their engagement to much funfare in August 2025 on Instagram. It became a huge topic across the internet as Swift’s Swiftied tried to guess when the wedding would take place.

I’m not gonna do that. Anyone that I’ve ever talked to [is invited].”
She added, “It’s like, ‘Oh we have to have hung out eight times.’ It’s like, ‘You’re on the bubble. We’ve hung out five time.’ It’s going to be fun. I shouldn’t have said any of that.”
