1000-lb Sisters star Tammy Slaton’s sisters have shared their shock reaction to her major skin removal transformation after fans all said the exact same thing about much-anticipated procedure.
Ever since the reality TV star first hit our screens back in 2020 on the TLC show, fans have been following along beside her as she shared updates on her weight loss journey which saw her impressively lose 500-lbs.
And the latest update in the saga sees Tammy, 38, finally see the results of her excess skin removal surgery - which removed 15 pounds of the excess skin.
In the new season finale, which aired just yesterday (10 June), Tammy could be seen in her hospital bed after the post-op as someone brings over a mirror so she can see her new look.

Her brother Chris said: "Honestly, I’m hoping Tammy sees a new person in that mirror. She’s put all this work in to lose all this weight, so it’s time for her to feel good too about herself."
When she saw her face for the first time, speechless, Tammy simply reacted with a very taken aback: "Boy..."
Later, in a confessional, she said: "I’m shocked. Like, I feel so weird. I don’t have my hanging b******* off my face.
"My bat wings are gone too. And I look down and there’s not nothing there but my lap now. It’s gonna take a little while for me to get used to seeing myself like this."
People rushed to social media all gushing at just how 'proud' they were of Tammy, who has opened up a number of times in the past about how much she wanted the skin removal surgery but it was her sisters' reaction which really caught the attention of fans.
Now, during the latest episode, a throwback clip from four years ago was shown when Tammy was much heavier and her sister, Amy, admitted she wouldn't be able to tell if she lost weight due to her blindness.
"Now it's like, the difference is so obvious that a blind person can see it," present-day Amy gushed.
However, earlier on in the episode, some TV viewers reckoned that Amy and Tammy's other sister, Amanda, weren't being so supportive.
"Wow. They just can’t be supportive of each other when Tammy is in surgery?" one Redditer user slammed.
A second quipped: "Amy - you made it alllll about your damn wedding. Your sister could die in surgery, and you’re moping and crying about your wedding.
"A wedding is not more important than her surgery and recovery. Amy seems very jealous that Tammy is getting skin removal and has lost weight.
"I didn’t see any true concern or love for Tammy from her this episode showed how truly idiotic she is."
A third declared: "Amy is jealous of Tammy! For sure. Tammy has always been bigger than Amy. Now Tammy has come through and getting surgery. Yay for Tammy!!"
