Former Little Mix star Jesy Nelson has been celebrating the first birthday of her twin daughters, after a difficult year.
The singer, 34, had a premature birth for the baby girls, who arrived at 'at 31 weeks plus 5 days', Nelson shared at the time.
Nelson shares the babies with her now ex-fiancé, Zion Foster, and they were born with spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) , which is a rare genetic condition that causes progressive muscle wastage.
The little girls have just turned one, and are named Ocean Jade and Story Monroe Nelson-Foster.

The star has shared a sweet tribute to the twins for their birthday, writing: "I cannot believe it has been a whole year since having my beautiful baby girls. They have been through so much. There will never be enough words to describe just how incredible they actually are.
"My tiny little super humans. The strongest, most resilient little fighters I’ve ever known," she added.
"You inspire me and every single person that ever meets you both. One whole year old today what a mile stone to reach. I read this poem a little while ago by Emily Perl Kingsley ‘welcome to Holland’ and I think this sums up their journey so beautifully. Happy Birthday my Ocean and Story you are my whole heart and soul I love you more than you will ever know."
Nelson had revealed it was a traumatic pregnancy, with the babies experiencing twin-to-twin transfusion syndrome.
She shared their diagnosis last year after what she called 'the most gruelling three, four months and endless appointments' leading up to the tragic news.
"It does affect every muscle in the body, down to legs, arms, breathing, swallowing," she revealed.
The name Ocean, means 'sea' and it can be traced back to ancient Greek mythology.
It's derived from Oceanus, a primordial Titan who represented a river they believed encircled the world.
Ocean is used as a gender-neutral given name, and follows a broader trend toward nature-inspired and unconventional names.
The name Jade, means 'precious stone,' and is another popular gender neutral choice.
Named after the green gemstone, the name Jade carries connotations of elegance, strength, and serenity.
According to a source close to Nelson, it's belived that the name is actually a tribute to the Little Mix singer's sister, Jade Nelson.
Many fans had wondered if she named her after her former bandmate, Jade Thirwall, however many fans now believe it is more likely to be after her sister.
A source told the Mirror: “The names which have been chosen they came up with during their long stay in hospital over the last two months as they waited for the twins to grow bigger before they were born.
“Jade was always going to be a middle name as Jesy is very close to her sister. It is a nod to her sister rather than anything else.”
