Giving birth to a brand new baby boy, the former Snog, Marry, Avoid presenter's latest addition rocked up to the party unexpectedly early, however, with Ellie not being due for some weeks yet.
In fact, the new mother-of-two has intended to film the pre-recorded Royal Variety Performance this evening, after sharing a very glammed-up selfie to Instagram earlier today.
Looking as glamorous as she looked on Strictly - on which she performed alongside partner Johannes Rabedes for 10 weeks - Ellie shared the snap on Instagram, in which she is seen cradling her blossoming baby bump.

Donning a spectacular sequin mini dress with matching cape - as well as complimentary golden platform heels - Ellie revealed that her son had surprised both she and husband Phil Black by arriving early.
"This is the fabulous outfit I was meant to be wearing tonight while doing stand-up at the @royalvarietyperformance in front of 4,000 people, including @princeandprincessofwales," she wrote.
"Swipe to see the actual outfit I’ll be wearing tonight due to the surprise early arrival of my own little HRH…"

Ellie - who is already mum to one daughter named Valentina born in 2018 - then shared a photo from her hospital bed, in which you can see a tiny glimpse of her newborn son's head wearing an equally tiny red knitted beanie.
"Gutted to miss out but also very very happy to be wearing giant mesh knickers and saying 'But his skin is just so SOFT!' ten times an hour," the comedy star continued in the caption.
"Mother and baby doing well because mummy has access to morphine and baby has access to boobies.

Speaking of unexpected baby news, Ellie's newest addition comes just days after Paris Hilton shocked her fans by announcing that she welcomed a brand new baby girl - before even revealing she was expecting.
Paris, 42, and entrepreneur hubby Carter Reum, recently became parents to baby boy Phoenix, having welcomed the little one via surrogate back in January.
A few months later, she told Vogue she already had plans for more kids, saying she hoped one day for a ‘little girl’.

Now, it looks like she’s got the daughter she’s always dreamed of, having posted an adorable photo on Instagram last week of a pink baby outfit bearing the child’s name: London.
There was also a cute crocheted soft toy and a pair of pink heart-shaped sunglasses, showing little London will have just as much style as her mum.
“Thankful for my baby girl,” she wrote in the caption.
