Stacey Solomon and Joe Swash have revealed they are 'constantly exhausted' raising their six children.

Former EastEnders actor Joe and I'm A Celeb winner Stacey have six kids between them in their blended family and it's clearly taken a toll on their fatigue levels.

However, as tiring as the whole parenting thing can be at times - Joe has revealed he wouldn't change it for the world.

The 41-year-old Dancing on Ice star told The Mirror: "It is exhausting.

"But I think your body just adapts to your situation. So after you’ve had three kids, four, five or six makes no difference. Me and Stacey have been tired for so long now that it’s become the norm."

The pair - who met back in 2010 after Stacey, 33, rocked up to the jungle for ITV's I’m A Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! while Joe was presenting the spin-off show - have three children together.

Their oldest together is Rex, 4, along with one-year-old Rose and Belle who is just seven months.

Joe also has one other kid from a previous relationship, 16-year-old Harry, while Stacey has two sons, Zachary, 15, and Leighton, 11, from two other previous relationships.

But clearly having a whole bunch of children has paid off, as Joe revealed his older kids are a 'godsend'.

"They really help out," he said. "They’re always helping with dinner, they help feed the kids, they’re amazing.

"We’re really proud of our kids, how they all muck in and help – and we don’t ask them either, it’s all done out of love. It’s lovely to see."

Joe did admit, however, that he and Stacey have found a suitable arrangement with balancing their busy work schedules alongside their parental duties.

"Me and Stacey work quite a lot, but whenever we’re not working, we want to be together with the kids," he explained. "So the idea is, whenever I’m working, Stacey’s at home. And whenever Stacey’s working, I’m at home."

The dad said they 'try and do that as much as possible' before adding: "We always try and make sure that we all sit down for dinner of an evening with the kids, and find out how each other’s days have been."

The couple also 'try not to work at the weekend' and 'spend it with the kids' instead.

Joe went on: "So hopefully the kids don’t really notice, because there’s always one of us there at any given point. So yeah, it’s difficult, but we’ve both got to work.

"It is what it is, but we wouldn’t change it. There’s so much love in this house for all these kids. We think we’re really lucky."
