Parents are flooding to social media in solidarity with Stacey Solomon after she shared a photograph of her kids going back to school.
Many parents will be whooping for joy as their kids go back to classes this week - able to spend their day actually ticking off their 'To Do' lists or kicking back and sneaking a moment's peace as the kids are kept busy with homework again.
However, that's not to say deep down most parents aren't quietly going to miss the screaming, shouting and buzz of a house-full, as well as quality time with their children before they become moody teenagers, grow up and run off into the outside world rarely heard from again - unless they run out of money and need feeding or need to know how to use an iron.
Sharing an image of two of her five children, four-year-old Rex and 11-year-old Leighton, Solomon laments how 'an old era' is ending, but also adds 'a whole new adventure' is beginning.
Her post continues: "My darling boys, as you go out into a whole new world, Primary & Secondary school I hope you remember that you are strong, kind, intelligent, caring, young men with all of the love here at home you will ever need.
"Be yourselves, don’t change for anyone. Stay true to who you are and enjoy those first days, because take it from mum who knows, you’ll blink and it’ll be the last days.
"Good luck and have so much fun. To the moon and back Rex & Leighton. We love you. P.S a huge hug to every parent or carer out there not finding days like this easy for many different reasons. I’m with you. My heart is aching."
Solomon's post has prompted floods of other parents to flock to the photograph sharing similar emotions about their children returning to school.
One user said: "Aww look at them @staceysolomon honestly this school is hard on the heart strings! My Danielle starts juniors tomorrow and I’m not ok!!!!!"
"I feel the same away...time just seems fly by when they're young. I wish mine were babies again," another user added.
A third commented: "I remember my son starting reception last year! I was in bits .. didn’t want to leave the school gate. This year I’ll be skipping out whilst I whistle! Bring on back to school tomor. Only kidding I’m a little emosh he’s going into year one! STAP GROWING so fast! @staceysolomon."
And a final resolved: "I remember these days so much, time just goes so fast before you know they will be all finishing school wish time would stop just for a while so we could have a few more cuddles. Enjoy the little ones @staceysolomon get as many hugs and kisses as you can."
