Stacey Solomon left mortified after spotting her 'camel toe' out in full force

The mum-of-five had a theory for why her 'hoof' had become a 'toe'

Stacey Solomon was forced to address her 'camel toe' after viewers realised it was out in 'full force' in one of her recent posts.

That's not the comment you want to get when sharing a post of yourself, is it?

Solomon was apparently flooded with messages after she took to Instagram this afternoon (26 July) to share a video of her working out.

The mum-of-five was performing exercises on a mat placed on the grass outside, with a caption explaining she was 'feeling proud' of her progress.

"Taken me so long to get here," Solomon wrote. "Leg morning with my sister before work... It looks like I'm really happy and smiling at the end but that's actually my 'I hate this and it's hard now' face."

Solomon began her exercises facing the ground before performing some moves with her son, Rex, as a makeshift weight.

Stacey Solomon said she was 'proud' of how far she'd come with her workouts.

The final exercise involved Solomon swinging a dumbbell between her legs while facing the camera, dressed in workout shorts and a crop top.

She's clearly doing a good job with the workouts, but viewers apparently honed in on one particular part of her body while watching the clip - and let's just say it wasn't her biceps.

Solomon was flooded with comments after sharing the exercise video, so she decided to respond to everyone all at once in another video in which she got straight to the heart of the matter. Or rather, to the toe of it.

"I'm reading through your messages, and you're all like, 'Stace, your hoof has turned into a toe. Camel toe's out in full force'."

In case you're not clued up on this particular bit of lingo, Solomon is talking about the shape going on between her legs.

The mum has previously shared images in her workout gear in which she admitted it looked like she had a 'hoof' tucked down her shorts, saying earlier this month: "Loads of you were like 'yeah I get the camel toe noon', I don't get the camel toe noon. I get like one big hoof. There's no split in mine."

That's apparently changed now, though, as Solomon continued today: "I don't know how it's suddenly turned into a toe. It really usually is a hoof. Maybe like all the exercise has split it apart?"

In true Solomon fashion, she took the situation into her stride as she laughed about it with her followers, adding a caption which read: "I can't cope my hoof is now a toe apparently and it was out in full force [laughing face] didn't even realise."

I guess it's time for Solomon to say goodbye to the hoof and hello to the toe?
