Paris Jackson has issued a health update after fans raised concerns over her ‘weird neck,’ prompting her to get an ultrasound.
The 28-year-old singer and daughter of Michael Jackson took to Instagram over the weekend to explain that she was getting checked out after her followers kept pointing out the way her neck and lymph nodes looked on her social media posts.
She posted a picture of herself being seen on Saturday (16 May) by a sonographer alongside the caption: “Getting an ultrasound to check out my lymphs since y’all pointed out how weird my neck looked on my last post.”
Paris followed up with a video a few hours later, where she elaborated on the health scare and how it started.

The model explained: “A bunch of people pointed out that my neck looks f***ing weird in the last video that I posted.
“So I’m, like, freaking out. Like, ‘Oh, that is weird, crazy.’ I have someone come to my rehearsal studio and do an ultrasound on my throat."

Said reassured her followers that she’d recently had blood work done, and thankfully, everything was normal.
Paris said, "My neck just does weird s***- when I talk," and added that she even watched an older video of herself to double check, and it looked the same way.
She said, “I think this is just my neck, and y'all are freaking me out, thinking there's something wrong.”
Then, in a second update after getting her ultrasound results, Paris said she has ‘the slightest amount of redness on my vocal cords, but there's no calluses’.
She told fans, “The reason my neck looks as weird as it does is just because I have exercised those muscles from singing for so long, and that just happens with singers. It's just more obvious in me because I am skinny.”

The star admitted that the reaction to her ‘weird neck’ online did spook her, though, as she told her followers: "I'm like, 'Is my voice gonna be okay?' I think my throat's weird."
It comes as the ‘Bandaid’ singer is scheduled to perform at the 2026 BottleRock Napa Valley festival in Napa, California on Saturday (23 May).
It’s a busy week for Paris, as she’s also preparing to release her new project 'Teenage Drama' on 22 May.
In a promo video for her new music, she talked about being a teen and how she was homeschooled up until junior high and joked that she was a ‘weird’ kid.
She laughed, “I knew how to interact with adults just fine, but peers were not a strong suit of mine. I only knew how to interact in a school setting based on like movies.”
