Nikocado Avocado dropped major hints ‘all along’ about shocking weight loss but nobody listened

How did no one notice?

Fans of YouTube sensation Nikocado Avocado are raving about what has been dubbed his ‘mastermind arc’ after he revealed all the hints he dropped about his lifestyle change — and nobody seemed to notice.

The internet personality showed off his staggering weight loss last month, but later insisted the transformation was simply an illusion — more on that later.

The social media star, whose real name is Nicholas Perry, has been uploading video content for over a decade now.

Within the past two years, his uploads changed dramatically, and he began making mukbang content - a trend which sees content creators consuming huge quantities of often unhealthy food.

Following the change, he gained hundreds of pounds in weight, and later revealed he had started suffering from a plethora of health ailments.

Last month, his followers were completely blindsided when he dropped a video titled ‘Two Steps Ahead’, in which he described his weight gain and weight-loss as a ‘social experiment’.

However, Nikocado later uploaded another video where he appeared to be the same weight he was before his weight loss. He claimed the whole thing was a trick, but he later clarified that his 'larger' persona was simply a character he created and he wanted to take his body from one extreme to the other in a similar way actors Christian Bale and Joaquin Phoenix have done for their projects.

Nicholas uploaded a new video, titled 'How I Fooled The Internet', about his weight journey, and it now has over 1.5 million views.

It begins with a compilation of clips from old videos in which he dropped hints about his mastermind plan.

“I am always two steps ahead,” he declared in one clip.

The YouTuber’s friends, most of whom appeared in his videos over the years, also said his plan was always to gain lots of weight and lose weight to 'troll the audience'.

The Youtuber, who is now 32, had always said he planned to quit mukbangs by the time he turned 30.

So, why did no one notice?!

Well, fans are now weighing in on the not-so subtle hints Nikocado dropped over the years.

“Dude, your self-control is absolutely insane,” said one follower. “This is gonna be in YouTube’s history books forever.”

Another fan called 2024 Nikocado’s ‘mastermind arc’.

A third wrote: “Shout out to everybody that knew behind the scenes and kept his secret. an incredible amount of dedication on all parts, bravo.”

And someone else praised the social media star, writing: “The editing was *chef’s kiss* felt like watching a Netflix documentary.”
