A pair of social media influencers are facing the fiery wrath of former fans this week after revealing they'd ditched their newly-adopted baby to visit YouTube star MrBeast in Dubai.
Dallin and Bella Lambert have uploaded lifestyle content from their home in Arizona, US, since their 2017 wedding - the majority of which has been hinged on their battle with infertility and bid to become parents.
After undergoing several rounds of failed IVF, the couple made the decision to turn to adoption, welcoming their daughter Story Belle in July 2023 and describing her as the 'answer to our prayers'.
Announcing her arrival on Instagram at the time, they added: "She is so beautiful and we feel so blessed her birth mother chose us to be her parents."

In December of last year, the couple revealed that they'd adopted another daughter, and had named the child Renny. In the weeks since, they've shared several snaps of their beautiful baby girl, and introduced Renny to their 4.14 million YouTube subscribers.

This week, however, the Lamberts appeared to switch up their predominantly-parenting content, and have been filming themselves exploring Dubai.
Taking to Instagram on Sunday (11 Jan), Bella uploaded a video of she and her husband, revealing that they'd been invited out there by British content creator, MrBeast, for a collaboration.

"So excited to be at the @1billionsummit in Dubai," she captioned the post. "We finally get to announce that we are partnering with @mrbeast to build a village in Ghana. We can’t wait to be a part of this incredible act of kindness! #1billionsummit #1bkindness."

For those unfamiliar with the campaign, the 1 Billion Followers Summit is the world's first and largest event dedicated to shaping the economy of content creation.
At the event, MrBeast challenged attendees to amplify the global crisis of 272 million being children out of school - a mission that the Lamberts supposedly couldn't resist being part of.

Despite the allegedly positive intentions behind their time in the UAE, however, the couple have been subjected to mass backlash for 'abandoning' their newborn daughter in the States, given that Renny is just a month old.
Among those to have raised their grievances is adopted influencer @adopted_connor, who shared a video on the controversial move and asked his followers: "What is the world coming to?"

He added: "I think it's really important that we try to build secure attachment with this newborn adopted infant, because the first thing that she ever experienced was being removed from her mother."

Mocking the couple, Connor added: "'Wait, never mind, babe, I just got an email from MrBeast - we're going to Dubai'."
Sharing a clip of the Lamberts in a background of a video uploaded by the British star - which shows them without their daughter - the influencer went on to hit out: "They literally just adopted a baby but they were excited to be at a conference with MrBeast."
Connor went on to slam the couple as 'rotten to the core' for sharing a promotional advert for a velcro baby carrier, which was filmed in their apartment in America ahead of their trip, but posted from Dubai.

Mocking them again, the social media star continued: "'Sorry kids, mommy and daddy don't have any time to spend with you this week, but don't worry, we'll post videos of you on the internet and sell ads to our followers'.
"What is this world, bro? It isn't enough just to leave this newborn behind in the most crucial window of development, let's also spend the week before we leave filming a bunch of prerecorded ads, so that while we're gone, our revenue streams don't go down."
Connor wasn't the only online user to take aim at the couple, with a number of his followers voicing their agreement.
"So glad you called this out!!!" one gushed. "I commented similar feelings on their page - actually surprised with how many agreed with me!"
Another continued: "Why am I not surprised? And I mean the baby already will have attachment issues so why not more."
"Yikes! It’s not a good look!" a third went on. "I didn’t leave my kid (not adopted) until they were 10 and 7. Went away for my husband’s 40th and that was hard."
