Molly-Mae Hague has shared an honest update with fans about a postpartum symptom she's been experiencing following the birth of her second child.

The former Love Island star and her fiancé, Tommy Fury, welcomed their son, Midas, last month and are now settling into life as a family of four as they adjust to their new arrival.

In an incredibly candid moment in her recent YouTube vlog titled “A Realistic Week with Me Postpartum” she opened up about how it's all going so far along with the postpartum symptom that's affecting her.

Speaking to fans from her bedroom, Molly-Mae said: “All I can say is, my brain is absolutely not working properly.

“I remember this from my postpartum journey with Bambi. For me, baby brain through pregnancy does not even compare to baby brain once you give birth.”

She expressed how this has changed her especially when she needs sleep. “When I am tired, as you will be able to see in this video, when i am tired, I am a different person.

“I talk differently, I can’t string a sentence together. I just keep saying, ‘Um, um, um’ because I can’t like get my words out quickly enough.

“It doesn’t flow, basically… That is why I am a woman that needs my sleep.

“That is why I am already working as hard as I can to get my boy into a routine because I need this little boy to be the same kind of sleeper that Bambi has been for us.

“That comes with work, patience, perseverance and for us, a really, really solid routine.”

It has been a busy couple of weeks and the influencer and reality TV star has kept fans up to date with Midas after giving birth in June, including the inspiration behind his unique name.

She and professional boxer Tommy, also 27, revealed that they had named their baby boy Midas in dramatic fashion at his fight against Eddie Hall in Manchester on 13 June.

The sportsman displayed the little one’s name in gold lettering on his shorts as Molly-Mae watched on from the audience.

Fans had guessed that the unusual name was inspired by Greek mythology - specifically King Midas, who was associated with wealth had the ability to turn everything he touched into pure gold.

Molly recalled, “I heard the name, and I thought, this was years ago, that’s a really cool, strong name, Midas. I’ve never heard of that before. And I just thought, Midas Fury, wow, what a strong name.

“And then I mentioned it to Tommy, and he just absolutely fell in love with it.”

She concluded: “This could have been like literally years ago, but that was always our boy name, really, that we stuck with.”
