Molly-Mae Hague has broken her social media silence after announcing her split from ex-fiancé Tommy Fury.

The pair shocked fans earlier this month when Molly-Mae confirmed they had broken up, saying she felt 'extremely upset' that things had 'come to an end'.

“Never in a million years did I think I'd ever have to write this,” she said.

"After five years of being together I never imagined our story would end, especially not this way.”

The Love Island star continued: "I will forever be grateful for the most important thing to me now and always, my beautiful daughter. Without us there would be no her, she will always be my priority.

"I want to thank you all for the love you have shown us over the last five years.”

She also asked for ‘privacy’ as they navigated the news themselves, which is a sentiment Tommy echoed in his own statement.

After taking some time away from social media, Molly-Mae has now sent a message to her followers, posting a photo of her looking out over a lake as she thanked fans for their support.

The reality TV star wrote: "Thank you for being the best online friends I could’ve ever wished for."

Within minutes of sharing the post, she was inundated by more than a thousand comments from well-wishers.

"We all love you Molly glad to see you back posting... the nation’s sweetest soul," one told her.

"THERE SHE IS. We have missed you!" someone else wrote, while a third added: "Sending so much love, we are all thinking of you."

Molly-Mae and Tommy had become reality TV’s golden couple after meeting on Love Island, making it to the final to finish in second place.

They welcomed their first child – daughter Bambi – in January 2023, before getting engaged in Ibiza in July that year.

In his own statement about the split, Tommy echoed something that his ex had said, showing that there’s one thing they’re on the same page with as they navigate their breakup: Bambi, who is their ‘priority’.

"The past 5 years have led to us having our beautiful baby girl, Bambi and I will be forever thankful to Molly for making me a dad,” Tommy said.

“Bambi is our priority.

"Please respect our privacy, and our families privacy, as we navigate our way through this difficult time."
