Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have left fans seriously confused with a 'baby bump' music video after their engagement was called off.

OK, let's rewind back to 2022 when the 37-year-old Transformers star first announced she was set to tie the knot with rapper MGK, 33.

Flash-forward a year or two later when Megan confirmed to Alex Cooper on the Call Her Daddy podcast that the engagement had been called off as people suspected following heaps of speculation.

Cooper noted that the pair 'got engaged, then I think it was called off, then we don’t know what’s going on with you', to which the Jennifer's Body actor responded: "All those things you said were accurate things that have occurred."

She continued: "I could see them being confusing, or interesting to people, and them being like, 'What’s up?' I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption.

“I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my 'twin soul' and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what."

Megan added: "I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain."

Well, the latest update in the Megan X MGK saga followed the 'Emo Girl' rapper taking to Instagram to share a snippet of his latest track 'Lonely Road', featuring fellow rapper and singer Jelly Roll.

The music video for the song also features Megan seemingly showing off what fans are convinced is a 'baby bump'.

Now, it's not yet entirely clear if Megan actually is pregnant or not - and neither parties have confirmed nor denied yet - but that's not stopped the internet going into a right spiral over it.

One Instagram user hit out: "WAS THIS A PREGNANCY ANNOUNCEMENT OR NOT?"

"Megan is pregnant ?????" wondered a second, as a third piped up: "COUNTRY MGK OR MEGAN IS PREGNANT?! Which one took me out more?! "

"Wait. Is Megan pregnant again?!" quipped a fourth, while another chimed in: "We need to know, WHAT IS GOING ON!? Are you having a baby!?"

And a final Instagram user echoed: "I missed a chapter."
