Matty Healy’s mum Denise Welch shares new details on his wedding to model Gabbriette

Loose Women icon Denise Welch is every inch the proud mum, as she shared a major photo dump of pictures from Matty Healy's wedding to Gabbriette Bechtel.
The 1975 star Matty tied the knot with model and musician Gabbriette in Los Angeles earlier this week.
The couple's representatives released a joint statement confirming the happy news, saying the pair wed 'at a private ceremony in Los Angeles, attended by their family and close friends.'
Fortunately, Welch has done the modern-day equivalent of uploading all the pics from your big night out into a Facebook album, as she shared a huge post of pics on Instagram.

It revealed that she was joined by none other than Coronation Street star Sally Dynevor, who plays Sally Webster on the show.
Welch posted: "This weekend was the most magical 3 days of my life!!!"
The proud mum wrote a caption on the post: "To see my eldest son marry the most beautiful, funny, crazy girl under the Hollywood sign was a night I'll never forget.
They are made for each other."
She continued: "I kept looking around and couldn't believe so many of our friends and family were all together in Los Angeles celebrating this most magical, beautiful few days watching the love between Matthew and Gabbriette."
Welch added a sweet mention for the rest of Gabbriette's family: "We love our daughter in law and our new family chayobechtel gary.bechtel and marsalsa_ "
"I'll need to do a million reels to capture the fun we all had," she finished, and fans are hoping she sticks to that promise.
She also shared a photo of her looking stunning in a long gown, writing "Much more to follow. Happiest time."
Charli XCX was also in attendance, as she is married to Matty's 1975 bandmate, George Daniel.
Healy wore a black suit, while model Gabbriette wore a custom-made wedding dress by high fashion brand Matières Fécales, accessorised with a traditional veil.
According to the BBC they married at Madonna' former estate on Saturday.
Matty and Gabbriette got engaged in June 2024, with the model announcing the news by sharing a picture of a large black diamond engagement ring.
She wrote: "Marrying The 1975 is very brat," before Welch confirmed the engagement on a podcast.
Matty's stag do also made headlines, as he had a Matty Healy lookalike themed event.

Fellow celebs commented sharing their joy for Welch on the post.
Fellow Loose Women stars Ruth Langsford and Andrea McClean commented, with Ruth writing: "Now that looked like a LOT of fun!! Your boy is MARRIED!!"
Andrea added: "What wonderful photos Denz, what a time! What memories."
Claire Sweeney praised Welch's look as 'just beautiful pure class'.
