Unless you've been living under a rock for the past few days, you'll know all about the Martha Stewart and Ryan Reynolds 'beef' that's sent the internet into an absolute spiral.

In case you're not in the know, it all started when the 83-year-old TV star opened up about her thoughts on Reynolds, 48, after appearing on the Bilt Rewards' November Rent Free game show.

Stewart was asked which fellow celebs she reckoned respondents had named as the most fun to hang out with, saying that the Deadpool A-lister would probably be on the rundown.

However, she wasn't scared to share how she really felt about him.

"He’s probably on the list just ‘cause he covers himself up in his movies and you don’t see his face - Ryan Reynolds, is he one of those?" she said.

Spilling the ultimate tea, Stewart then revealed: "And you want to know something?

"He’s not so funny in real life. No, he’s not so funny. He’s very serious."

Ouch.

Stewart later explained her opinions on Reynolds, who resides in a home with his wife Blake Lively in Bedford, New York, close to her own farm.

"He’s a good actor," she admitted. "He can act funny, but he isn’t funny. Maybe he can get to be funny again."

She added: "I’m going to get in trouble.

"He’s my neighbour."

Following Stewart's remarks, Reynolds decided to take to social media to share his thoughts on the claim, writing on X: "I'd disagree with her. But I tried that once.

"The woman is unexpectedly spry.

"She really closed the gap after a mile or so."

Though this didn't go too well with fans, with some claiming Reynolds' 'unfunny' response only emphasised Stewart's point further.

Reynolds' Deadpool & Wolverine co-star Hugh Jackman has now added his two cents to the saga, lightheartedly commenting under Reynold's tweet: "Finally someone says it."

Naturally, the internet had a total field day with the latest instalment of the tongue-in-cheek drama, with one X user writing: "HUGH???? Bahaha y’all are so messy."

"NOT HUGH COMING TOO," quipped a second, while a third chirped: "Y'all are on a roll."

A fourth echoed: "Not Hugh and Ryan being messy besties."

"Been waiting for this response lol," admitted a fifth.

And a final X user revealed: "New life goal just popped, dinner with all three of you at once! Lol."

Now that would be interesting.
