The Queen of Pop is mum to six kids, including Lourdes, 29, Rocco, 26, Mercy, 20, David, 20, and twins Estere and Stella, 14.
Madonna posted a beautiful tribute to the girls along with a picture of her hugging them, as well as a throwback video looking back at when she first met them in 2017.
"Happy Birthday to my Virgo Twins! Stella and Estere! So full of Life, Music, and Opinions,” she shared.

“I can’t believe you’re 14!!! You live in the magical world that only twins can inhabit," Madonna wrote, every inch the proud mum.
Estere, Stella, Mercy and David were all adopted.
“I felt a deep connection the moment I met you at Home of Hope. You have grown into beautiful young women," she added.

"So Sassy!! Like all of your sisters, you do not suffer fools gladly. Malawian Queens. Long may you Reign," she wrote, complete with many emojis.
Last year for their 13th, the twins had a Labubu themed party, and for their 12th they had a b’nai mitzvah service and celebration.
She shared a whole array of photos of the girls growing up.
Fans replied sharing birthday wishes to the twins: "Happy Birthday to the brilliant twins," and: "Beautiful young ladies!!! Happy Birthdayyyy Girls."
One joked: "I wonder where they got their sassiness from...HBD beautiful girls!!"
Another added: "Imagine getting to say Madonna is your mom!"
Madonna shares oldest daughter Lourdes with ex Carlos Leon, and Rocco was with Guy Ritchie.

In one of the then-and-now pics, Lourdes is shown cuddling the two little girls.
Back in 2017, shortly after adopting them, Madonna told PEOPLE about why she chose to welcome the girls into the family: “It’s like saying, ‘Why do you fall in love with the people you fall in love with?’”
“You look into the eyes of somebody, you feel their soul, you feel touched by them—that’s it.”
She said it didn't take long for the twins to settle in: "It’s like they were always here. It didn’t take long for them to get acclimated. I’m their mother and nothing is going to change that.”
Madonna had met the girls two and a half years earlier, and saw them again on subsequent trips.
“Sometimes I would just close my eyes and just think, ‘Why isn’t my kitchen filled with dancing children?’ There’s so many children that need a home,” she recalls. “I thought, ‘What am I waiting for? Just do it.’ ”
She liked the moment she realised she could adopt them as an 'epiphany'.
On telling the other children that she was adopting the twins, she said: “Mercy and David were excited."
“There might have been [a feeling of], ‘Oh, we have to share you with more people’ — not jealousy, but an adjustment,” she adds.
“Eventually everyone was supportive. Lola [Lourdes] said, ‘Mom, if that’s what you want and it’s going to make you happy, let’s go.’ ”
