It looks like Timothée Chalamet did his best to keep a low profile and fly under the radar at Kylie Jenner’s launch party for her Meta smart sunglasses collaboration - but it didn’t exactly work.
The Marty Supreme star, 30, went incognito by donning a white baseball cap and light grey hoodie to the high-profile event in New York City on Tuesday (23 June).
Eagle-eyed fans spotted him in the background of videos, looking hilariously inconspicuous - but as we say, his attempts to remain anonymous sadly failed.
Chalamet was also outed after being tagged in a photo shared on Instagram by Vogue editor Chloe Malle, alongside the caption: “Timmy hoodie-ed and hatted.”

One fan joked on X: “With hoodie and hat? That’s definitely him,” while a second laughed: “It’s definitely him, what’s even his problem with that hoodie.”
A third pointed out: “He probably doesn't want to draw attention to himself; this is Kylie's moment.”
While a fourth questioned: “Why is he hiding, ugh,” and a fifth penned: “He prolly tryna keep low profile bcuz it's her event, they usually keep this stuff separate.”

A sixth chimed in with: “Kylie looks fab. Didn’t even notice Timothee until y’all said so; maybe that’s the point. He’s supposed to be a ghost lol.”
And a seventh queried: “I really wonder why he always seems to be hiding when accompanying her to events. Like, Kylie is always there for him and supports him at his events, but Timmy stays way in the back, hides from cameras, or dresses unrecognizable.”
The launch party in question was to celebrate Kylie’s new collaboration with Meta, having announced this week that she’s co-designed three pairs of AI sunnies.
And unlike her boyfriend, she didn’t shy away from the spotlight, wearing a vintage Gucci dress from the fall 1999 collection, as reported by Page Six.

The gown featured a halter top style with a rosette at the throat, and of course, she was sporting the new oval-shaped sunglasses.
Meta glasses have a built-in display and camera, meaning you can record and take photos of your surroundings while wearing them - you can also listen to music, take calls, and ask questions.
The beauty mogul’s collection has a very distinctive feature, though - the AI bot responds to questions in Kylie’s voice.
The Meta site reads: “Whether you're asking Meta AI for a quick tip or just navigating your day, hear every response in Kylie's voice.”
Will you be buying a pair?
