
TV personality Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday (16 June) aged 83 after a short illness.
A representative for Kim said: "It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness.
"Kim was an incredibly kind, caring, charismatic and strong person.

"Her husband Peter is heartbroken at the loss of his soulmate. We are so proud of the amazing things Kim achieved in her life and career.
"We kindly ask that Kim’s husband and close friends are given the time and privacy they need to grieve.
"We will not be releasing any further details."
Woodburn first rose to fame on Channel 4's How Clean is Your House before starring in a number of reality shows including I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here in 2009 and Celebrity Big Brother in 2017.

The TV star also regularly appeared on ITV's Loose Women and This Morning.
Tributes have since flooded in for Woodburn, with one X user writing: "Can’t believe Kim Woodburn has died, an absolute icon of reality TV who i quote daily (and will continue to do so) RIP to a legend."
A second penned: "Omfg no!!! Rest in peace Kim Woodburn :( :(."

"Genuinely a little heartbroken at Kim Woodburn passing away," lamented a third, while a fourth echoed: "RIP TO THE LEGENDARY ICON KIM WOODBURN! YOU’LL NEVER BE FORGOTTEN QUEEN!"

Another chimed in: "Very shocking sad news this morning, RIP Kim Woodburn."

While details of Woodburn's illness prior to her passing have yet to be made public, the TV personality has been public about her health struggles as of late.
Just a few weeks back, she confirmed to her fans that she would have to stop recording personalised videos for them as a result of her health.
"No more videos for now, my loves, I need to get better," she told her followers at the time with a post on her Instagram account reading: "We regret to tell you that Kim is unable to record any further videos for the foreseeable future, due to a health problem.
"Kim sends her love to you all."
