Fans have same hilarious reaction after Kim Kardashian makes huge fashion faux-pass

Kim Kardashian rocked up to a Paris Fashion Week event over the weekend (3 March) and fans have all picked up on one particular detail of her outfit.

The Kardashians star could be seen in a floor-length black lace gown complete with flare sleeves, a trail and a slicked-back ponytail.

Going along with the ensemble, however, was something a little less expected and fans have rushed to social media to share their reaction to the supposed fashion faux-pass.

Kim attended the Balenciaga show with the designer's tag still hanging very noticeably from the back of her dress.

The label dangled down from the back of the neckline of the garment but, once she was inside the venue, it seemed like the tag had finally been removed.

The Keeping Up With the Kardashians TV personality shared a short clip of her being papped in the ensemble to her Instagram story yesterday with the overlay text reading: "It's always Balenciaga for me."

The whole tag situation has since prompted many fans and critics alike to share their thoughts with one social media user writing: "Babes did you leave the tag on lmaooo."

"I hope I don’t see girls wearing tags at events now," joked a second.

One X, formerly Twitter, user chimed in: "Probably will return it back after the event, common trend with rich people."

Another Instagram user hit out: "This is just another seeking incident. How can anyone miss such a huge label⁉️"

"The tag is dumb," slammed a fifth.

Another penned: "Most celebrities are loaned or given clothing by designers, I highly doubt she paid for the dress and so I was probably an error by the stylist or a request by the designer to obtain publicity... if it is the later, the goal has been achieved."

Now, while leaving the tag on has come to be somewhat of a fashion faux-pas over the years, it seems Kim had zero intention of removing the label from the back of her dress.

For this season, models could be seen wearing similar tags up and down the runway - kind of like a charm fastened to bags, clothing and other accessories.

So, who knows, we may just have a brand-new micro trend on our hands seeing us all start to leave our tags on our clothes on purpose.

I guess we'll have to simply wait and see if it will catch on...
