Kim Kardashian defended by co-star Glenn Close following cruel comment from critic
Glenn Close has proved once again why she's so loved in Hollywood after she spoke out to defend Kim Kardashian from cruel comments.
The star, who recently dressed up as her iconic Cruella de Vil character again for a recent appearance, showed once more that she's much nicer than many of the roles she plays.
Close has been filming season two of Ryan Murphy's legal drama, All's Fair alongside Kardashian, and she shared a behind-the-scenes selfie that the business woman took.
Kardashian is in the foreground holding the camera and holding up a peace sign with a killer pout, while Close poses in the background with Lewis Hamilton.

She captioned the post on Instagram: "Sir Lewis came by our ALL'S FAIR location. I LOVED meeting him," she enthused.
"What a sweet, classy gentleman he is. Thank you, Kim, from bringing him by," she added.
It wasn't long though before critics hit out at Kardashian.
"Sorry you have to deal with her," wrote one, but Close absolutely wasn't having it.
"You know what.... whatever your opinion of Kim is, I want you to know that she is a KIND, funny, steady, smart powerhouse of a woman and mother, she is my friend," she wrote.
Fans also joined in to defend the couple.
"God, the hate towards Kim is just too much, just let her and Hamilton be happy... also if they are in love it's nice," wrote one.
Other fans noticed that Close had edited the caption to add the thanks to Kim for bringing him by, as she didn't mention her in the first version.
"Why did you change the caption?" one asked.
"I love how she didn't mention Kim like she's not excited," another wrote about the original.
"No mention of Kim, bet she's fuming," someone else put before the edit.
One replied: "They're co-stars on the show and see each other every day! Duhh! Why would she mention Kim!"
Close has also defended the series, after it was panned by critics and Kardashian's acting was slated.
She said it was made more difficult by the choice to air the worst three episodes first, telling Variety: “I personally think that the first three episodes were the weakest. That was a tough way to start. I’ve seen all nine episodes, and I think it actually adds up to something.”
“What surprised me was Kim’s seriousness of intent,” she added.
She praised Kardashian's work ethic too: “She always knew her lines. She never was late. She always was prepared."
"She had no pretensions that she was a great actress, but she was smart enough to have people around her who she could learn from. If she was a big ego, or what I call a ‘life-is-too-short person’, I would have been unhappy, but she’s not," she insisted.
“The Kardashians would say this themselves, but not everybody likes them. They have an image.”
Close herself said even she struggled at first on the show despite all of her experience, confessing: “I was intimidated, I’d never been in a Ryan movie or show. … I didn’t understand the tone for a while. I found it hard.”
