Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick answer ‘number one’ question fans have been dying to know about them

Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick have finally addressed the one rumour that has been swirling about them for years.

If you’ve ever watched Keeping Up with the Kardashians (or the revamped Disney+ iteration), then you will be aware Khloé, 40, and Scott, 41, have gone through their fair share of trials and tribulations.

The pair met while the latter was dating Kourtney Kardashian, 45, and have had numerous fights over the years, including a physical altercation that caused Khloé to seek anger management classes.

Last year, the Good American businesswoman even admitted she was ‘determined’ not to like Disick during the early days of his relationship with Kourtney, whom he split from in 2015.

“I was really just determined to not like you, and, you came into my townhouse and took up my space, and I was like, ‘This guy, get out of our little place,’ and now I love you genuinely,” Khloé said on an episode of The Kardashians.

“I love you, I adore you, I want the best for you. You will find the best and the best will find you, because that’s all you deserve, is greatness, and I love you.”

Now, as part of the premiere episode of Khloé’s new podcast, she and Scott have sat down for a juicy, tell-all chat.

"I would do anything for you though, Khlo, you know that,” Scott said, marking his first-ever podcast appearance.

“If it's not within our family, the last thing I wanna be asked is about our family, and then maybe I answer something a little bit weird and then I have 87 f***ing people writing me on the group chat, ‘How could you say this or that?’ Like, I don’t want to talk about anything," he admitted.

"I don’t want all that stress.”

After reflecting on the early days of their relationship, the duo used the Khloé in Wonder Land show to discuss whether or not there was any base to the rumours that they had hooked up with one another.

The mum-of-two said that when she polled who should appear on her podcast, the unanimous answer was Scott.

"My number one question was... Have you and I ever hooked up?,” she said.

"F*** yeah," Scott said sarcastically. This caused Khloé to clarify: "No, we haven't.”

She went on to say how ‘strange’ she found it that fans would run ‘with [the] narrative’ that her sister’s ex-boyfriend and father of her three children had ‘hooked up with Kendall [Jenner] or [her]’.

“I don't think it has any truth [to it], so they just run with anything,” replied the father-of-three.

“Just like, 'Oh look at their relationship, they’re close,' boom. Let's just say something ridiculous.”

"And then people with us, because we get along well, people are like, 'They're soulmates!' Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We're not soulmates.”

"The fact that people think that is psychotic,” Scott ploughed on. “But I guess if I was watching a show and I wanted it to be, you know, entertainment, I guess I would jump to those [conclusions] too.”

Concluding the segment, Khloé claimed that if she and Scott — whom she referred to as her brother — ever did get together, they would be ‘annihilated for it.’

“No one’s ever happy,” she claimed.

"It would be pretty crazy,” Scott mused. “Yeah, it's disgusting.

"But it would be totally fine in two weeks, these days, Like after two weeks of annihilation, it would be like, 'And it worked.' It's psychotic."
