Khloé Kardashian shares heartwarming promise grandma MJ made before death

Khloé Kardashian was very close with her beloved grandma, Mary Jo “MJ” Shannon, and she has revealed the promise that was made before she passed away.
Known to her loved ones as MJ, she was Kris Jenner's mother, and she sadly died on July 16 at the age of 91.
The matriarch was grandmother to Kourtney, Kim, Khloé, Rob, Kendall and Kylie.
Khloé shared a tribute to MJ, and wrote a sweet caption which revealed a promise MJ had made to them all, regarding their late father, Rob Kardashian.

The 59-year-old had sadly died back in 2003, just two months after being shockingly diagnosed with oesophageal cancer.
Khloé was just 19 when her father died.
She wrote: “I know Heaven welcomed you with open arms, surrounded by everyone who has been waiting to see you again."
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star continued: “And I know you kept your promise."
She revealed MJ had promised she would tell her 'daddy just how deeply we love him and how much we miss him.'
Her emotional tribute continued: “Thank you for showing us that life is meant to be celebrated, that laughter is healing, and that love is the greatest legacy we can leave behind."
"You lived so fully, so gracefully, and so beautifully," she added.
She also shared her happiness that her children got to know and love their great-grandmother, calling it one of her 'greatest blessings' in life that MJ got to share 'the incredible light' she possessed with them all.
“You taught us that love never leaves,” Khloe continued.
“It lives on in the family you built, the traditions we’ll continue, the stories we’ll tell, and every time we choose joy. Your love will forever be woven into who we are.”
As well as passing on love to her late father, Khloé also hopes that MJ will now be reunited with her late husband and daughter, Harry Shannon and Karen Houghton.
“I know you’re happy having your coke, tuna sandwich and graham crackers with papa Harry while Karen dances around you,” Khloe finished.
“Until we meet again, my sweet MJ!”
Khloe's tribute followed the announcement from her mum, Kris Jenner, who shared the news of MJ's passing.
“Mom, thank you for every sacrifice you made, every piece of wisdom you shared, and every moment you loved us so completely,” Kris wrote.
“I will miss our daily talks, your smile, your laughter… Our hearts are broken, but we find comfort knowing that love like yours never truly leaves us. Your love will live on in our family, in our traditions, in every moment we are together, and in every life you touched.”
