J.Lo fans have spotted a 'crazy' detail in her and Ben Affleck's divorce papers after their shock split was publicly announced today amid mounting speculation over their relationship status.
It was confirmed earlier today (21 August) that the 55-year-old 'Jenny from the Block' singer filed for divorce from the Good Will Hunting actor following months of speculation regarding the status of their relationship.
However, fans are pointing to one particularly heartbreaking detail about the date they decided to call time on their romance.

Back in July, a source told the Daily Mail that the pair - who'd previously dated back in the early 00s - had 'finalised the divorce papers' a month prior, but were 'waiting for the right time to drop them'.
"At that time, they will release a joint statement that will say how they have much love for each other and how they fought to make it work, but couldn’t."
And as per court documents obtained today by the BBC, the pop icon filed for divorce yesterday in the Los Angeles County Superior Court.
Neither Lopez or Affleck - who tied the knot back in 2022 after almost two decades apart following their split in 2004 - have yet to comment on their split.
However, this hasn't stopped fans from taking note of a heartbreaking detail about the date they've decided to call it quits.
The couple's first ceremony took place in Las Vegas in July 2022, which was followed up with a second ceremony in Georgia just a month later.
And strangely, it is actually two years since the exact day of the second ceremony that their high-profile divorce has hit the headlines.
"Filling for divorce on your wedding anniversary is crazy," one person wrote on social media.
Another went on: "It's sad to see them part ways, especially on such a significant date. Wishing them both peace and healing during this difficult time."
The couple's split follows mass speculation that they'd actually parted ways a long time earlier.
The pair were previously hailed as the it-celebrity power couple in the early 00s before splitting up in 2004.
During their time apart, Lopez went on to marry Marc Anthony, who she shares 16-year-old twins Max and Emme with, while Affleck had three children; Violet, 18, as well as Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, with ex-wife Garner.
