An excerpt from Gwyneth: The Biography has seemingly spilled the hottest tea yet about the actress and Goop founder - pardon the pun.
Amy Odell's upcoming book is said to have revealed the sex act that the American businesswoman and her ex-boyfriend Ben Affleck loved to do together, according to Page Six.
It’s set to be released in the US and UK on July 31 - and people are already being left open-mouthed as some of the book's pages have begun to circulate ahead of publication.
But first, for those who need a reminder on their relationship, the celebrity pair enjoyed a whirlwind romance back in the nineties.

They got together in late 1997, but by 2000 it was all over, and fifteen years later Paltrow cited her ex ‘not being in the right place for a relationship’ as the reason they split.
Speaking on The Howard Stern Show at the time, she said: “He's super intelligent, really talented, and so funny. But he was not in a good place in his life to have a girlfriend."
But despite the issues in their short-lived relationship, it seems that their sex-life was doing nothing but thriving.
Odell wrote in the book, as per Page Six, that Paltrow ‘spoke openly about how much she enjoyed their sex life.’
The author added: “It was the ribald side of her that her friends knew well but that the public didn’t see.”
Then, she dropped the very NSFW bombshell: “She told Kevyn Aucoin in his London hotel room one day after lunch that she loved when Affleck ‘tea-b****d’ her.”
And the shock-factor moments don't stop there, as a further excerpt obtained People delves into the supposed reasons behind their break-up.
It read: “Their physical chemistry couldn’t overcome his self-destructive impulses, which may have even included cheating on her.
“Her friends had reservations about him because he didn’t always reciprocate her affection.”
The excerpt continued: “He at times seemed more interested in playing video games with the guys at his house than being with Gwyneth.
“Her friends felt like he did not appreciate her. She would be making dinner, and he would want to go out with the guys.”
Affleck and Paltrow’s relationship even stretched onto the big screen, as they starred in movies together including Shakespeare in Love (1998) as well as 2000 rom-com Bounce.
On an episode of the Call Me Daddy podcast in 2023, Paltrow compared her relationship with Affleck to another famous ex - Brad Pitt.
Pitt and Paltrow were also an IT couple of the nineties, getting together in 1994 and then splitting in 1997.
When quizzed on who was better in bed, she said: “That's really hard. Because Brad was like the major chemistry love of [my] life at the time. And then Ben was like, technically excellent.”
Paltrow went on to have two children with her ex-husband, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin - daughter Apple, 21, and son Moses, 19.
And when it comes to her current love life, she tied the knot to writer-director Brad Falchuk back in 2018.
