Cole Sprouse reveals his one regret after losing virginity at 14 to older girl

Former Disney Channel star Cole Sprouse admitted he was just 14 when he had sex for the first time with an older girl, detailing his one regret while complaining he ‘sort of got it out of the way’.
American actor Cole, 32, is best known for his role as cheeky chappy Cody Martin in The Suite Life of Zack & Cody alongside twin Dylan, as well as Judghead Jones in Netflix’s mystery teen series Riverdale.
Since graduating from the latter, the celeb has appeared in Zelda Williams’ directorial debut, Lisa Frankenstein, and The Rivals of Amziah King, featuring Matthew McConaughey, Marvel’s Kurt Russell and Wes Anderson favourite Tony Revolori.

During his Disney days, the NYU alumnus lost his virginity to a girl who was slightly older than him on holiday in Florida.
Detailing the awkward experience on an episode of Alex Cooper's lauded Call Her Daddy podcast, Cole claimed he and the mystery person were on the beach when he eventually plucked up the courage, asking for her sexual consent.
"We were down at the beach on some chaise lounges and I looked at her, my heart was beating, and I finally mustered up the courage to deliver a line that my brother has never, ever let down from me.
"I looked around and I was like, 'So, are you DTF?' She goes, 'What?' And I go, 'You know, down to f**k?' I was 14 okay?,” he told Alex, 30.
“She looked at me and she was like, 'Sure.'”
Cole alleged he’d messaged his twin brother, an All-Wise Meadery owner, requesting access to the hotel room.
Unfortunately, they bumped into each other in the hotel hallway, prompting Dylan to ask him ‘what the f**k are we supposed to do?'
"I looked at him and I said another line that he's never forgiven me for. I go, 'I don't know, go play chess or something'.”
The Moonshot star candidly confessed the experience only lasted around 20 second and that he ‘never talked’ to the girl again.
"I ended up regretting it a little bit afterwards because I hadn't made it special at all,” he reflected. "I sort of got it out of the way."
Losing his virginity in such manner apparently caused Cole to become a ‘serious monogamist’, leading him to ‘jump from long-term relationship to long-term relationship’.
Last year, Cole opened up about whether he felt pressure to get married after his brother tied the knot with 31-year-old model Barbara Palvin in July 2023.
“Oh man, everyone keeps asking,” he told PEOPLE at the Lisa Frankenstein premiere. “I'm like, ‘Man.' I am now the only unwed Sprouse. I'm the only spouse-less Sprouse, but I don't feel too much pressure. I'm taking it one day at a time.”
Meanwhile, Dylan said in another interview: “Cole is kind of a pressure-less guy. I'm envious of him. He doesn't really feel pressure in any way."
He also said that he doesn’t really ask his brother personal questions ‘on purpose’, adding: “I don't want him to feel ... I'm older than him, so I'm much more relaxed.
“I'm way more chill. Take your time, you'll grow," he continued, jokingly alluding to the fact he was born a mere 15 minutes before his twin brother.
